First time at this location: Scheduled with Max through the call center on Tuesday. Had to cancel and reschedule due to work conflict (no issue at all.) Had my appointment (company appointment - Property Services Plus) today at 10am. Worked with Erik. He was fantastic! Really easy to communicate with, fun, super nice guy. When I mentioned something additionally wrong with the vehicle, he even told me it was something their shop did. I didn't even know that, saved me a whole trip someone else, and he bundled it into my invoice. He was able to add on repair work, service work, and the initial tire work I came in for and still have my vehicle back to me in just a few hours.
I look forward to bringing in more company vehicles to Erik and his staff. Thank you Evans Tire of Poway!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable if they aren't able to fix your problem they will refer you to where to go they are always helpful

I drive a LOT for work, so I’ve used more than one Evans Tires location and all have been great. Poway today was no exception. The staff is always friendly and professional and I never feel like they are trying to upcharge me for unnecessary work. Highly recommend!

It’s my practice to check the finished job and this time, I noticed that one of the lug nuts is missing after replacing all four tires. I waited another two hours for them to replace the missing lug nut. Always check before you leave.

I recently serviced two vehicles that I’ve tire. A Toyota sienna and an Audi the staff there was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Eric Culbertson was my service representative and he did a great job.

I had a bit of an emergency repair required. I tried Discount tires and could not get the help that I needed. I called Evans Tire and was in and out in under an hour. I now know where to go 1st. Thanks for the great service!

Great experience. Car was done before estimated time. The three parts of an alignment were explained. Very interesting! Will definitely come back in the future.
