We needed a few large posters printed out for an event with a very tight deadline and their team was not only able to meet the deadline/do a great job but they also went above and beyond with their customer service. The rep offered to meet us at the DPI Direct office on Sunday (when they're closed) so that we could pick up the posters in time for the event. A big thank you to the team and especially the rep who helped us, Christina, for the excellent customer service and for making it happen!

Has to be the worse print shop around, the Vice President Mike Dow is a rude and disrespectful person along with the shotty service they provide, late work and terrible communication throughout.

Jennifer and her team were amazing! Unfortunately, my company tends to do last minute rush jobs and I don't know how Jennifer and her team make it happen but they always seem to pull it off! High quality and well priced. I recommend to any business!

Pick another printer. We dealt with 4 sales reps AND the Vice President, none of which seemed remotely competent. They kept changing the artwork WE gave them. Labels were printed incorrectly. It took 4 months to print 5 rolls of labels and when we finally received them, one of the labels was wound incorrectly. They may brag about printing for Petco but they do not offer the same level of service to new or smaller customers. Save your money & time. Go to L&L Printers in Carlsbad.

Tried to reach this company via the Contact Us form on their website. Has been over a week and no response back. Experience with them so far seems to show that the people that work here simply aren't good people.
