I pre-ordered a run-flat a business day prior and when my wife arrived to have the tire installed, they said the punctured low tire can be fixed and does not have to be replaced.
They did exactly that, did a good job at it, and did not charge us for anything and neither did they charge us for the run-flat that they pre-ordered.

Truly no words. The staff was pleasant, quick and professional. It was a walk-in. I had a nail in the tire and they were quick to respond and have it done. Highly recommend!

Customer service is top notch as always. Miller was amazing to work with. Purchased a brand new set of tires and they were installed at this location. Driving home during my long commute, steering wheel and floorboards start shaking at increased speeds. Took it to Americas tire up near where I live the next day and they said the balancing was off by an oz. Can’t give 5 stars if the job wasn’t done correctly the first time but all in all, I got 4 tires for a great price. If they were balanced properly from the get go, would be leaving 5 stars. Thank you.

My daughter is out there going to school & had a run in w/a few grabber screws. I use Discount tire out here at home & have been a customer for over 35yrs.
I asked her if she had one close by & found this shop.
They fixed her tire & checked the other 3 & sent her on her way. Ill tell ya the peace of mind it brings to have that kind of customer service at all the discount tire stores is priceless! especially if your family is riding on it.
She also mentioned to me how pleasant everyone was & that takes the edge off an unpleasant experience. Id reccomend Discount Tire to anyone needing tires or service Nationwide.

This is the place to go if you have an issue with a tire or need new tires. I had a flat tire on Easter Sunday, so Monday I rode my spare looking for some assistance close to home. I first went to brand "F", where the guy told me I'd have to leave the car all day, even as every bay sat empty. Then I went to next closest, Brand "E", where I had bought tires before. Again, told not able to assist. Then I tried Discount Tire, which I rank A+, five star. I was greeted right away, and Matthew was so kind and helpful, immediately taking me in, looking at the tire. He gave me a great estimate on time frame, said no charge for the repair. My car was ready in half the time and I was on my way. Discount Tire has the professionals who care, who know how to deliver great customer service. I thank Matthew and the team, and when it's time to replace my tires, I'll be going to Poway Discount Tire.

Took in my Lexus to reprogram my new TPMS sensors that another shop wasn't able to do. Miguel took his time to explain how the reprogramming works and was able to reprogram the sensors with no issues. He saved me a trip and money to the dealership, and also solved an issue that was frustrating to figure out. Great service and earned a new customer for all tire issues moving forward

Over 3 hours to repair a nail in tire, purchased from Discount Tire only 8,000 miles ago
So not just asking for a free service on old tires. Would not recommend.
