I had a small dent in my fender that needed fixing (see photo), so I drove to five different vendors in the area to get quotes. Poway Dent and Scratch Pro gave me the best impression by far, in addition to producing great results.
To start, they were one of only two locations that didn’t claim they needed to disassemble the headlight or include other unnecessary work as part of the repairs, and they were the only location that didn’t try to upsell me on painting either the door or the hood (or both) in addition to the fender. They came across as very honest throughout the process, unlike some of the other places I got quotes from.
Poway Dent and Scratch Pro was also very quick and professional, and Mariela from the front desk was super helpful, friendly and able to answer all my questions.
The workmanship was quality too: the paint matches well, and you can’t even tell where the dent used to be (see photo). Honest, cheaper than competitors, great result — 11/10 would recommend.

I had a dent on my fender right at the crease. Lots of places told me they wouldn’t be able to get it out easy. Mariela at Dent & Scratch pro immediately assured it could be taken out. It was done in an hour and looks absolutely perfect. Thank you! Their customer service was top notch.

Recently my mother got into a fender bender and in my research for professional high quality body shops in my area, we were led to Scratch and Dent Pro in Poway. Mariela, was a god sent! She was kind and attentive to all of our needs and to my mother's requests. Mariela worked with our insurance to make sure everything was covered that needed to be fixed. On top of all that, the quality of work and attention to detail is top notch. Our 2018 Honda HRV came out looking like new. I would not hesitate to bring our vehicles back to Mariela, and Scratch and Dent Pro in the future. Accidents are already stressful, you do not need added stress, so bring your vehicle here. You won't regret it!

Took my 2003 330 in for new B Panels, top roof molding repaint a new mirror cover. Excellent work. Mariela is the best. Some of the best customer service I have ever been around. When working on the car, they had to lower the back windows and the regulator went bad. Totally not their fault but offered to comp the part as long as I paid the labor. Awesome. So, at the same time I took my Sliver 440 that hand just been hit in a parking lot. Gave up on the dent ding guys that come to your home and had it done here. Absolutely perfect. So hard to give a sliver car dent right. No sign of the dent at all. Will be taking my cars back from some more detail work.

When I was researching auto body shops to have the oxidized paint on my car repaired, I requested quotes from several places. What drew me to Dent and Scratch Pro in Poway wasn't necessarily their cost estimate, but their responsiveness. They took the time to explain what level of work was involved. I was okay in driving the extra distance to Poway even though there were plenty of shops on Miramar closer to my home. Mariela who works at the desk is super friendly and a pleasure to work with. When the car was finished I was notified an hour in advance and since I had trouble getting a ride there, they were kind enough to send an Uber on their dime to pick me up. When I got my car back everything looked amazing however, I noticed later that a piece was misaligned so I texted Mariela back and explained the problem and she told me to stop by anytime to get it fixed. Did just that and they followed through. The quality of work and quality of customer service is absolutely stellar with very reasonable prices and I highly recommend this business!

To my dismay I backed our mini-van into a tree at our property and went here to have it fixed. They did a fantastic job. The van looks as good as new. Pricing was reasonable given the damage, and the staff was very friendly, especially the lady at the reception desk. Highly recommended.
