My wife and I have trouble trusting just anyone with our little Louie. A friend recommended us Crafty Canine so we decided to give it a try for our vacation. The facility is clean, secure, and equipped with everything a dog could dream of. We really love how there are so many add-on options. The staff here truly love what they do, and it shows in the care and attention they give to each and every dog. Safety is paramount, with secure play areas and trained professionals overseeing the fun at all times. Very important to us. Especially because our Louie isn’t the most social dog in the world. Our favorite part was receiving photos and videos of Louie throughout our vacation. We missed him so much everyday, but knowing he was in good hands allowed us to enjoy our vacation stress-free with no worries. We highly recommend this facility for any stay!Thank you so much Don and Crafty Canine staff!

Crafty Canine Club is THE BEST! We love taking our dog Reagan here because we know she is in a safe place where she will be properly introduced to other dogs and can play in a clean and welcoming environment. I also love that they send us pictures of our gal when we're away. The knowledge that the staff has about socialization and training are comforting to a pet parent like me, knowing my dog will be watched after when around others. I have had no hesitations recommending this company to my friends and family!

Update February of 2024.While I feel my critique below is accurate, I've since been contacted by Don and we were able to hash things out. After talking we both agreed it was a misinterpretation of our comments to each other. This however is the most important part. Anybody can make a mistake and mistakes in business happen all the time. The question is how are those mistakes handled by the business owner. To that point I would like to say Don was very professional and courteous when approaching me to apologize for the way everything went from his side. This takes a lot of courage and is always very meaningful to any customer. My initial review was a one star. I'm going to adjust that to four stars.Initial review comments:Be careful not to raise any concerns or questions of any kind. They will make you feel like any concerns you have about your pet staying with them are your fault and not theirs. He even tried to grab my dog and stuff her in a kennel and was miffed when she snarled at him. If someone was stuffing me in a kennel I would probably snarl at them too.

Don, Gabe, and the full team at CCC are our favorites! We've been taking Lenny to their facility since he was just a young pup. The peace of mind while we're out of town knowing our little guy is safe and enjoying a structured, supervised playtime with other dogs is invaluable. Dozer, Farrah, and Bella are the best dog role models we could ask for. Lenny goes bonkers with excitement when we arrive at the property because he truly loves visiting. The photos and updates shared by the team are one of our favorite parts and help with the anxiety of leaving your pup for an extended period of time. I'd recommend CCC to any dog owner looking for boarding or training services!

I was going out of town for a little over a week and it was the first time my pup was going to be away from me for that long. However, I felt confident that he was in good hands! They kept me updated by sending pictures/videos throughout his stay. In addition, I appreciate that they only take a certain number of dogs at a time because it shows that they really give quality care and attention. I also appreciate the structure that they have for the doggos. I find that they all know what they're doing with dogs and they know how to keep my pup in check when I'm not there. I will definitely have my pup board again if I go out of town. Definitely would recommend :)

We have trained/boarded with crafty canine club numerous times and could not be happier with the results and continued support. Not only is my dog happier than ever, I also now have the tools to guide him to better behavior. They truly care and are constantly sending pictures/updates. I’m eternally grateful for their help and wouldn’t have this strong of a relationship with my dog without CCC. Thank you to Don and the whole team!!

Don and team are the best. We have left our maltipoo Snowy multiple times with Crafty Canine and Snowy had done very well there. Don and the entire team are very experienced with dogs and we trust them. Whether it’s a weekend boarding or extended stay, we will not go anywhere else. Thank you Crafty Canine!!!

I have a 10 month old doodle, Bucky. I was very excited to hear that CCC was accepting new clients as I’ve read many great reviews and a family member of mine have only great things to say about CCC. We were on a wait list for a few months and respect the fact that CCC takes in a minimal # of dogs at a time for boarding so they can give quality service to our furry babies. We also love the fact that the staff at CCS are all dog trainers. Our initial assessment with Gabe was seamless and he answered our questions as we wanted to use their boarding as well as the training and board/train services. We noticed that there were no dogs barking and that was great to know as we needed guidance on how to help our pup with the reactive barking. We do plan on having him certified as a pet therapy dog in the future and pleased to know that CCC have training programs that can assist with that. We met Gabe and Austin for our pup’s initial boarding for 2 nights. We received updates via text as well as pictures of him playing in their large, very clean and spacious yard. When we picked up Bucky, we were speechless as to the significant change in him with less barking. Gabe and Austin shared with us some tools and tips to continue at home and we continue to do so.I have also emailed them with questions and Don and his team have been very responsive. We have already booked future stays with them and have added some training sessions on one of the boarding stays (yes! You can opt to add training sessions (and bath ?) when using their boarding services). We look forward to having Bucky spend more time at CCC and working with Don and his team.Thank you Don and CCC team!

We love using Crafty Canine when we are away on vacation. Our Belgian Malinois is always so well taken care of and the daily communication with pictures are amazing. I highly recommend them. They are excellent and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. Thank you to everyone at Crafty Canine!

No personable at all. They don't answer the phone and then when you request anything online they send out a blanket text message saying they aren't taking on new clients. What does that mean? You are all booked for that time period? You only accept a select few dogs even if you have availability? Sounds like a poor business model to me.

We signed up our dog, Milo, for the 14-Day Club Board & Train in April 2022. We wanted to wait about a month before we submitted a review so we could determine how well the things he learned during his stay actually stuck with him (in addition to us carrying on the training at home) and we couldn’t be happier with his progress! Milo is a 1.5 year-old sheepdog and can be very stubborn and we struggled with consistency and his follow through with our own training at home as well as his tantrums (i.e. running away from you and not wanting to listen or follow commands). Don and his team were able to lay such a good foundation with obedience skills. He listens soo much better, and we are now able to curb his random outbursts of energy and “tantrums” so much better. We’ve been able to take him off leash hiking and he has shown impressive progress with his recall and “touch” that Crafty Canine teaches and always sticks nearby. His barking and “rough” play have also improved immensely. Highly recommend Crafty Canine! They were so responsive during the 2 weeks, sent pictures every day, as well as provided short summaries of his progress. We will definitely be coming back for boarding weekends, we always feel like he’s in such good hands with Crafty Canine.

A safe and accommodating place for both training and boarding. Our two dogs love the outdoor space for running around in and our youngest dog Apollo has made huge steps in their training program. In my experience they have been very responsive to texts/calls, and they always keep us updated on how the dogs are getting along. Most importantly, I prefer this to any other dog sitting service, because they just make it easy for us to leave town stress-free!
