Excellent experience. Extremely ethical. Nick the Technician was extremely knowledgeable, patient, ethical, professional and skillful. I found this place through my cell phone insurer, Asurion. Nick informed me I had not broken my screen, as I had thought, only my glass screen saver. He could have told me the screen was broken and I would have believed him, as that was my preconceived notion. Extremely honest and ethical! I requested a new screen saver and Nick picked the one perfect for my phone at a very reasonable price and installed it himself. I wish I had known about this place before I personally installed the one that got broken, as I didn't do as great of a job of it as Nick. There really aren't enough positive adjectives to describe him or this business!

Excellent. Made an appt two hours later to repair my Pixel 5a. They had the needed parts on hand and put my repaired phone into my hand an hour later.Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and conveniently-located store.

I was referred here by Square Trade to get my phone screen repaired after I had a line of dead pixels appear down one side of my phone.
CPR called after they got the claim and were able to fit me in the next day. It only took a bit over an hour for them to replace my screen. They even mentioned that they had replaced my battery as well which was quite nice as I've had the phone for 3.5 years and the original battery was starting to drain incredibly quickly.
Would definitely use again!

Nick was my phone repairman and he made it look like it was brand new. A new screen would do that, but I am sooooo happy with it. They were able to get me in before my appointment and they were very professional and kind. I recommend anyone to use their services because they did such a good job.

I was referred to this cell phone repair shop by my phone insurance co. to fix a cracked screen, only to find out it was a 40-minute drive. A couple of days after the repair, I had to return because I noticed the volume keys on my phone weren't working. They fixed it. A few days after that, I noticed hairline cracks on the new screen, visible only under certain lighting conditions, even though the phone had not been dropped or struck. When I called the shop, they refused to fix it unless I filed a new claim with my insurance, requiring me to pay the deductible again. My insurance company didn't understand why they wouldn't address the issue as part of the same problem, so they offered to send me a replacement phone instead. In hindsight, I should have trusted the previous negative reviews and gone to a local shop, pay out of pocket, but at least they guarantee their work. I hope my insurance company takes note and stops referring people to this place. Bad work, bad customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My sd card slot was broken and I couldn't get my sim card out. The gentleman told me it would take 15 to 20 minutes to finish and it didn't even take that. Very helpful and professional.

Miguel is Great! If you have any issues with your mobile device, go see Miguel. Super knowledgeable & exceptional customer care.My iphone 13 had a failed battery and Miguel resolved the issue at hand with a quick turnaround. My first time in at the store in Poway.
