The customer service is awful, on overnight shift (Sat @ 3 am). The racist clerk, Chhavi, is extremely ignorant and disrespectful.. I believe, she needs more training when it comes to communicating with patrons. I'm absolutely offended, and disappointed at the way I was treated this morning. Chhavi doesn't need to be working behind the counter

The coffee machines are shorting customers 4oz of coffee. I tried 2 of 3 machines. Identical results. The XL only produces 16oz of coffee, should be 20oz. Cashier said machines need calibrating. In that case, take them out of order and stop ripping customers off.

Drove here for the stated price, which was considerably different. Please allow people to edit the true price stated. However Kim is awesome and made me glad I came here even though there was the initial bait and switch shock. Kim rocks!

Saturday July 9th cashier said management can’t have anyone use the bathroom because they are “flooded” he came up with the word flooded after a few times of asking him why I can’t use the bathroom. I come here regularly and asked him “where do you use to r bathroom”. Guy seemed sketchy

Did the blizzard ice cream and didn't like it so I threw it in the trash and the cashier said why did you threw away the ice cream that you made he made me still pay $5even when I threw away the ice cream blizzard because I didn't like how it turned out terrible customer service. The cashier was rude and said don't do it again.
