My husband and I go to circle K at least 4-5 times a week. We recently moved to the area and when I was going to get rung up by Joy she refused to ring me up. I asked for her full name and she refused to give me her last name. She did not give me a reason why she just said she would not sell to me. She was discriminatory and treated me unfairly. The customer after me was a caucasian middle age woman and she rung her up no problem. I have never in my life been treated this unfairly at a store. I asked to speak to her manager and she gave me an incorrect number. Joy is hurting your business and has a lack of customer service and manners. Unless this employee faces disciplinary action I will never come back to this location.I will follow up with corporate regarding this incident.

I recently stopped at this gas station to purchase a simple lighter, and was unenthusiastically greeted by an overweight, rude employee. As I walked in, I was immediately put off by their unprofessional demeanor and lack of customer service skills. The individual was downright mean and made me feel uncomfortable during my entire visit. In addition to the poor customer service, the gas station itself was unkempt and dirty. The bathroom was in dire need of cleaning, and the convenience store was disorganized and cluttered. I would not recommend this gas station to anyone, and I will be sure to avoid it in the future. One star is far too generous for this establishment.

For the most part it is what it is bu there are times when I would have to stop by late at night and this guy is just rude. Heavy set fella that just looks miserable...when I see its him working I drive the extra mile or what ever out of the way...I'm sure I'm Not the only one. A female friend of mine told me she refuses to go in when hes working because hes just creapy

Really bad attitudes from all of the guys that work at night at this location. Take your business elswhere, its not worth the hostility. I heard the management is over working these guys, but that is no excuse for all three of the night shift men to be acting so mean. The only nice people are the woman, the long haired guy and the foreign man who work there. Everyone else is hostile. MANAGEMENT please hire nice people here or I will drive the extra distance from now on to other convenience stores.

My purchase totaled $21.50 I handed the clerk David 2 20s . He told me he didn't have change he couldn't have been more rude when I told him that I really need to change. Furthermore one of the macaroni and cheese that I bought was rotten... since I live 20 minutes away I tried calling the store and there was no answer. Deeply disappointed in customer service.. First time going in that location I will never be back ever. It was more than just the clerk refusing to break a 20... he was completely rude about it. Even after I compromised and use my ATM card which I did not want to do he was still a complete and total ****! He just kept going on anon anon and a very rude tone about how they don't give him enough change. Let me tell you something his attitude needs to change and so does the quality of your food. I am going to be sick from eating right and macaroni and cheese.

Horrible gas station terrible service. My 93 year old grandma needed to use the restroom but there is no public restroom. She can't hold her bladder because she is 93. Refused to buy gas or anything here.
