What I like about this place is that they give you cash. But they take it from your bank account and I don't like that. It is also frustrating that they take money from your account. But this place is still good and the atm machine works good.

Their drive-through ATM is down about 80% of the time and now it’s gone on February 2024. Also when I went in to switch my account so I didn’t get fees they said I had to meet with someone over a week out and come back.

I just Had the worst experience ever with this branch I tried to cash my Christmas bonus from my job the check is a chase check but when I went to cash it they told me that I couldn’t cash it because the format of the check doesn’t match previous formats so I had to wait 1 hour to get my funds the check was $250 and they made me feel like a criminal with the questions they asked me I will never ever bank with Chase bank ever unbelievable this manager angel arenas sucks

ATM machine is very slow. And picky when depositing cash. It likes to spit your money back. Needs dire service. Slow to make appointments. But the staff are quite friendly and professional. Thanks.

Had a horrible experience at Chase in Poway. Having just recently moved to the US, I went to chase to open a bank account. I had my Greencard, my passport, my SSN and proof of address. My husband also added me to his chase freedom unlimited credit card so I brought that too. The guy at the teller desk was so unfriendly and just couldn't be bothered to help! He kept telling me I didn't have enough information to open an account which was simply untrue. He didn't try to help or get anyone else to help. I left and went straight to Bank of America where they opened my account in ten minutes. You lost a potential customer due to incompetence and laziness. Sad.

The guy refused to open an account because he didn't understand how green cards work. I went to Bank of America and they opened the account in two minutes. I am shocked that the banks lacking deposits and getting accused of discrimination of immigrants are continuing with their untrained discriminatory employees

I did have the following posted: Very helpful! Michelle always checks in on me!! But I must now qualify my post to say that the drive thru ATM has been busted for 10 days at least and when I call the branch, nobody answers and I have to listen to a bunch of ads until I get disconnected. Not very helpful. ?

ATM is broken most of the time, and the other one is useless if your bills are new and crisp. It will spit them out as unreadable.

In person this branch is awesome. Great staff each time I visit. I'm knocking them two stars because they never answer the branch phone. I have simple questions that can be answered over the phone but no one ever picks up and I have to drive down there to get answers.

This branch has always been lacking in customer service. A 5 minutes notary signature requires an appointment for which you have to go into the location to book. The tellers are great bit the client service staff are not welcoming at all. And seem inconvenienced when you sit and wait for them. So sign in sheet or someone to greet you, they just yell from their seats for you to come and get the bad news that they will not see you without an appointment. Embarrassing

WORST branch Ever! Zero stars. They have CHASEd away my checking, my savings, and direct deposits to another bank. I also got my last car loan at another bank because of the steadily declining service here.The “managers/supervisors” at this branch are insensitive robots who defy logical thinking and are antagonistic. The only reason I still go here is because I still have my WAMU originated mortgage. Today all of a sudden they cannot accept my payment from my Credit Union in the same manner that they have for years, because this “new rule”. Supervisor Michelle and her assistant Estie were adamant that I MUST sign the back of my credit union debit card or else… Something that is NOT legally required and that NO major credit card requires since the advent of smart chips. Look it up! Add insult to injury, Michelle said they will no longer take a payment from me unless I forcibly complied to their rude demands that I sign that back of my CU debit card. She said I should go to my CU, pull cash out and come back! I offered her my signature on my Real ID DL, I also had with me my passport card with signature that matched. I also showed her that none of my other cards had a signature on them because it is no longer legally required. I even said that they have an image scan of my “signature” and that I would gladly sign on the electronic pad so she could “logically confirm”. Completely uncooperative, toxic, and lacking any customer service skills. I was there to GIVE them money not take any out. The transfer funds are instantly confirmed during the transaction. She added that perhaps I should switch my mortgage to another bank. WTH.UPDATE- I went to another CHASE branch and they processed my payment same as they always have WITHOUT demanding I sign back of my card. This branch in Poway is the WORST.
