“I had a small dent in my fender that needed fixing (see photo), so I drove to five different vendors in the area to get quotes. Poway Dent and Scratch Pro gave me the best impression by far, in addition to producing great results.
To start, they were one of only two locations that didn’t claim they needed to disassemble the headlight or include other unnecessary work as part of the repairs, and they were the only location that didn’t try to upsell me on painting either the door or the hood (or both) in addition to the fender. They came across as very honest throughout the process, unlike some of the other places I got quotes from.
Poway Dent and Scratch Pro was also very quick and professional, and Mariela from the front desk was super helpful, friendly and able to answer all my questions.
The workmanship was quality too: the paint matches well, and you can’t even tell where the dent used to be (see photo). Honest, cheaper than competitors, great result — 11/10 would recommend.”
