I wish there is less than one star to give it to this branch the worst worker there and the worst customer service. They know the ATM machine doesn’t work and they never put sign over there and I lost my card on the machine and when I go there, they say the policy for the bank, they have to shred the card and they never put that sign over the ATM machine and when I contact the manager there, his name is Omar Hernandez. He say I’m sorry, but we shredded the cards. The card does not belong to Bank of America customer service. Nobody answer the phone if you tried to call .

I needed some help with my deposit box and went there yesterday, Jutyar was the associate who helped me. He was very helpful and professional. I will for sure go back and ask for him next time.

Haven’t been to this location since Poway Rd office reopened. Now they are closed again. So coming here I noticed a complete interior remodel. Then an extremely long line. Could not see a teller, so I told the guy behind me to save my spot, walked to what was the front of the line around a corner, and found 1 teller station. Obviously, they want us all to do banking from there ATM machines, and/or their app. It’s all about saving money and having less employees. But, let’s spend lots of money on remodeling the place, because, you know, the customers who should be doing banking from home or ATMs need the bank to look new and up to date for WHO? The employees that are being let go one by one for corporate bonuses.So obvious!Sorry, This was suppose to be under the BOA at Carmel Mt Rd reviews

This place isn't ever open. The hours change daily saying they're open few days later but when the few days later comes by it changes to being closed. Don't waste your time

Was greeted very kindly and was walked through the process for depositing my savings bonds. The teller worked quickly and efficiently. I was in and out of the bank in record time.

This is the worst bank office I've seen in my life. ATMs don't work regularly. Very often the office is simply closed on weekdays during business hours. They are closed without explanation. If you need to do something here and now, then it is better to go to another office.

Over 18 customer in line only have 2 teller... (during the COVID 19) ... with other breach shut down, this is not acceptable!
