Best customer service from Sergio! I was worried about my old vehicle they no longer make, no one wanted to put in the battery, said it would be difficult, I went in bought the battery, and Sergio replaced it so quick, at no extra cost! Tonya has always been great as well!

In the age of internet and social media, I'm amazed that the folks who run this location think they can scam someone and get away with it. Shadiest people I've ever dealt with. To be clear, AutoZone is a great company and their customer service handled my complaint like professionals. The folks who operate this store is the opposite of that. I placed an online order for windshield wipers and this store was supposed to fulfill it but they didn't have one in stock. They called me beforehand, explained the situation and told me they would have it in stock the next day. I understood the situation, small mistake with their inventory system, no big deal. I said fine. When I asked if they would deliver it once it's ready they said no. Again, no big deal because they delivered what they had in stock. I couldn't get to the store because of work, so asked my wife to pick it up since she was making a trip that way. The person at the store told her my ONLINE order wasn't paid for and made her pay AGAIN. She couldn't get ahold of me because I was in a meeting so she didn't argue and paid. She texted me about what happened, so I thought that maybe they credited me when they didn't deliver the item that was out of stock. I checked my statement and saw I was fully charged and there was no credit. These folks at this location have no integrity. I was able to issue a complaint with customer service and after sending a picture of the receipt for the double charge, they responded right away and refunded me.

Do your own research before buying wiper replacement blades. The lady who helped me was really nice but she sold me the wrong size. My car takes two different lengths. She got one right, but the other one is wrong and for the older model of my car. She never asked me the year of my car. I can deal with it until these wear out but will know better next time. Ladies, do your homework instead of letting them do it for you!

Came in prior day and had set of lights and stuff put aside which where the highest priced next day came and got them switched out for other item like I wouldn’t noticeCould just be forthcoming and say you don’t have said itemThen I was charged bulb grease when I didn’t ask for it when I came back I was told I must have left it on the desk lol

I usually go to the one on Balboa in San Diego they are very reliable. One day i was lost driving in Beaumont and stopped in there for directions to Hemet. the clerk was so helpful even offered to print a map...kuddos to Autozone in Beaumont!!!
