She was kind and attentive to all of our needs and to my mother's requests. Mariela worked with our insurance to make sure everything was covered that needed to be fixed. On top of all that, the quality of work and attention to detail is top notch. Our 2018 Honda HRV came out looking like new. I would not hesitate to bring our vehicles back to Mariela, and Scratch and Dent Pro in the future. Accidents are already stressful, you do not need added stress, so bring your vehicle here. They were also friendly and offered to arrange a rental vehicle as well. My vehicle was fixed and looked amazing after just a day and a half. It was just a fast as they suggested the fix was going to take but they properly communicated it could've been longer.”

“Reached out and spoke to Jim, as I was working to repair some door handles on my Toyota 4Runner myself and totally botched the job.
Jim had me come in, looked at my truck, and after deservedly ribbing me for the mess I created , fixed my doors and got me out the door in less than 30 minutes, at a very fair price. He also fixed a bumper issue I had without even asking.

The only downside was the long wait, over 90 minutes, for the finance guy. Of course, that was a staffing issue that management needs to work on.”

“As a first time buyer my experience was rocky at first. The original Jeep I bought had issues trying to get registered and at first it seemed like no one was trying to help. I was told I needed to go to the CHP office myself. After getting in contact with the sales manager, Paul and the general sales manager Aldo my whole experience changed. They ended up unwinding the first Jeep due to the registration issues and I got a newer one then I originally had. Highly recommend Paul, Aldo and Andy in the finance office. Reason for 4 star is due to the rocky start but other than that it was a 5 star visit the 2nd time thanks to Paul, Aldo and Andy.”
