“I sincerely appreciate the attention to detail, honesty and owning mistakes when they are seldomly made. I have had 2 cars in the shop here and received VIP service both times. The first one, they repaired the wrong wheel and owned up to and fixed the right one free of charge. Until I move out of the area, I won't go anywhere else for vehicle repairs.”
“I had a small dent in my fender that needed fixing (see photo), so I drove to five different vendors in the area to get quotes. Poway Dent and Scratch Pro gave me the best impression by far, in addition to producing great results.
To start, they were one of only two locations that didn’t claim they needed to disassemble the headlight or include other unnecessary work as part of the repairs, and they were the only location that didn’t try to upsell me on painting either the door or the hood (or both) in addition to the fender. They came across as very honest throughout the process, unlike some of the other places I got quotes from.
Poway Dent and Scratch Pro was also very quick and professional, and Mariela from the front desk was super helpful, friendly and able to answer all my questions.
The workmanship was quality too: the paint matches well, and you can’t even tell where the dent used to be (see photo). Honest, cheaper than competitors, great result — 11/10 would recommend.”
“I highly recommend Fix Auto Poway! The staff here were very communicative with me, from the consultation for estimate of the phone to the day I picked up the vehicle.
They were also friendly and offered to arrange a rental vehicle as well. My vehicle was fixed and looked amazing after just a day and a half. It was just a fast as they suggested the fix was going to take but they properly communicated it could've been longer.”

Jim had me come in, looked at my truck, and after deservedly ribbing me for the mess I created , fixed my doors and got me out the door in less than 30 minutes, at a very fair price. He also fixed a bumper issue I had without even asking.

“The whole experience from start to finish was 100% excellent. The front office people were marvelous, extremely helpful, sensitive, thoughtful, and wonderful. Ryan Yatman handled all my service and issues and any issues that came up with the Insurance Company he handled for me. Always with a smile, patience, and took care of everything for me. He is absolutely efficient, thoughtful, explained everything clearly to me, kept me calm in a situation that could’ve gone in a different direction. “As a first time buyer my experience was rocky at first. The original Jeep I bought had issues trying to get registered and at first it seemed like no one was trying to help. I was told I needed to go to the CHP office myself. After getting in contact with the sales manager, Paul and the general sales manager Aldo my whole experience changed. They ended up unwinding the first Jeep due to the registration issues and I got a newer one then I originally had. Highly recommend Paul, Aldo and Andy in the finance office.
