The experience is bad with this Medical Group. I am the new patient and want to take an annual well being checking. They bill me two times. The first time is for office visit which is not covered by my insurance. The doctor just chat with me for 10 minutes and they bill me 300$. I never see this before. I would definitely not suggesting to go to this hospital.

Went to urgent care here recently for a family member who was having BP issues and needed to be seen. The whole experience was miserable. One of the employees behind the front desk was sick and constantly coughing, hacking, & sneezing without covering her mouth nor wearing a mask! The nurses there were nice, patient, and understanding.BUT the nurse practioner was outright degrading saying (and emphasizing) how very OLD the patient was and how difficult it was to get any kind of reasonable answers.I would give at least 3 stars to the nurses, but overall I would like to give 0 to the whole process, and for being treated like a inconvenience to their day...not to mention having NO respect for someone who's elderly (by the NP).Avoid going here if you can.

Used to be great, but after the merger Arch health has gone way downhill. Takes forever to make an appointment, you can leave a message but no one calls you back, takes forever to get lab results. Only reason I'm still here is because my primary care doctor is great, if he wasn't here I'd leave.

Went to urgent care on a Saturday and had a wonderful experience. Was only 2nd person waiting, nurse was fantastic and felt much better when I left.

This use to be a decent experience. When the merger happened, it’s gone really downhill. You can’t get ahold of a person to take an appointment without a 20 minute hold, then you can leave a message, but no one ever follows through with a call back. If you are lucky enough to reach the inner sanctum and get a human, the appointment schedule is 3 MONTHS out for an appointment, if you’re lucky. My husband has been waiting for an MRI for months! Don’t recommend this health care facility.

This place is the worst when it comes to reach your dr. I was trying to reach my pediatrician and was waiting for 28mins on a line but no answer. Horrible horrible service, actually no service. My family dr and pediatrician from this hospital, dr are good but no means if you cant reach your dr or let dr know about your concerns

This place is a scam! They've never helped with serious medical issues and the injury I suffered. But they keep finding charges to send a bill for, even when I've already paid and the insurance has paid. So if you like receiving bills years later, for stuff you've already paid for, be my guest. But this place is a total scam.

Went to their Emergency dept for heart issues and staff are very friendly but short staffed. I believe there's only one doctor seeing all patients and was there for 5 hrs to clear my heart issues.

Along with great medical care, Palomar allows us with Bridlewood to set up a table on the 4th Floor-North to answer all of your Medicare questions.

Three separate visits with two different doctors. The first visit they seemed more interested in scheduling tests unrelated to the reason for my visit. The last time the doctor seemed very hurried. I could not share all of my symptoms with him before he was moving on and ready to walk out the door. In both cases it did not seem like they were interested in trying to get a good diagnosis, only wanted to get a high level overview and move on. Maybe that is the way all doctors are now, but I have never felt so hurried or like there was no issue before.

Dr. Ionescu is a decent doctor...BUT...She overbooks her schedule and when she's running behind, her incompetent staff offers you ridiculous rescheduling times designed to benefit Dr. Ionescu, not the patient. I also found out it's Dr. Ionescu who is inflexible about rescheduling, not just her staff who is usually rude and bumbling on their own. What Dr. Ionescu is doing is this: she doesn't want to run late the next day, so she gives her reschedules crap times (times no one else wants like 7:45/8:45 AM, etc) to make up for it. This way she can keep her schedule on track the next day. Makes sense, but she doesn't care one bit if it's an imposition on you the patient.Sorry, my time is very valuable and I have other things going at that time in the morning. How about you not overbook your schedule... How about you leave some cushion during the day for appointment overages. Why should I the patient have to wait on you and cater to your schedule. Nope. Doesn't work that way.Dr. Ionescu used to be a lot more available, but progressively her schedule has become more filled and it's clearly untenable. There needs to be at least 2-3 hours a day where she leaves time open for appointment overages.I'll find another doctor. It's a shame too because Dr. Ionescu used to be a lot better doctor and she's a nice lady.

Grossly unprofessional pediatric practice. I took my children to their first appointment with Dr. Roberts. They were nervous to see a new doctor and we drove an hour to our appointment. The receptionist advised us where to park and that they were located on the second floor but there was no suite number.I drove for an hour to the appointment. As incredulous as it is to not know where your office is located, it took me over 40 minutes of asking for directions over and over in the building. To top of off Dr Roberts is notLocated anywhere on the map of doctors. I attempted to call the office 3 times before I was able to get through to anyone due to long hold times. When I finally didn’t reach someone, I gave my daughters name and explained the situation. To make matters worse, the person that answers my call stayed with me on the phone until I was able to locate the office that is actually on the THIRD floor. She walked behind her desk and told me to come back. I fail to understand the point of having me carry two toddlers up a floor and down a hallways just to be told to go home because Dr Roberts wouldn’t see my ill daughter, despite being given the incorrect office information. I have never been treated so poorly in all my experience in dealing with a doctor’s office. Save yourself the grief and find a professional with a better bedside manner and a staff that knows where they are located. As a single mom that took 3 hours off work to jump through hoops like this, i can’t imagine why the office didn’t do the right thing.

Family Care Assistant (Jeannie) is incompetent. We have been waiting since May/July for completion of necessary paperwork. "Oh I don't know what happened to it" Oh I don't know why it's not in your file" etc etc. We've called countless times and drove in 3x and still same incompetentcy. We have to drive again tomorrow to drop off paperwork to be filled out again! We will choosing a new medical center soon as the drive is too far and this experience does not help. I see that after 20 years of going there they are now only 2.5 stars.
