“Wow! this store is by far superior to any other sewing/quilt store I've ever had the privilege of experiencing and I've been sewing for 50+ years. If their great prices don't amaze you, their courtesy, integrity, and their desire to please surely will. I travel 1 1/2 hours to get here because nobody can come close to what they offer- in product or service or attitude. If you are overpaying for what you get in your sewing machine purchase or maintenance, don't even think twice. Go see Peter (30 years in sewing machine repair), or take a class with Nancy or Lisa ( their resident instructors). you'll be thanking me for writing this review you're welcome‍”

“My 4 year old v10 Dyson was having some major issues with the trigger button and I thought I was doomed to have to buy a new vacuum but they were able to come through and fix it just like new! They performed a deep clean on the whole vacuum as well which it really needed. They worked quickly since they had the parts in stock and were incredibly friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back if needed again. This picture is after vacuuming 1 room in my home after I just used my back up vacuum the day before!”

I was delighted after meeting rudeness at Costco's customer service, admittedly for the first time. Victoria was the perfect antidote.”

We have a tabletop one and I switched out the white rocks for the bling! Imagine that...?12/20/21 Went to make a purchase at the register and was TOLD that they can't take military ids anymore. You have to Register (aka mailing list and more) with a QR code. (Now anyone that knows me well is A I have NO idea WHAT that is. And B for someone that has been hacked since March 2020, I'm not downloading anything.) Told the manager we have been shopping at this store for over 20 years.5/18/22 Another "surprise" when going through the checkout. I was writing a check and they had already run the check through the system (meaning g they had taken the funds) and they where wanting me to "click on a button that stated I would pay a $25.00 charge if the check bounced". They just ran the check through, they confirmed the funds, what is this all about? I refused. I have gone through 3 years of hacking, scamming you name it and if Home Depot doesn't want my $200.00 sale, I'm sure Lowe's will. And not give me a hassle either about my military id either.Bald Dave thank you for your help today you we're great. Your management and checkers need a lit of training and work. I truly appreciate it!Easter Sunday. Home Depot has changed their policy on their Military Discounts. It is a NIGHTMARE to get "Verified" through their "outside vendor" to get a 10% discount. If they ask you to sign up for a QR code refuse like I did. I have been a victim of hacking and QR codes contain ALL KINDS of personal info. I have no problem showing my spouse Military ID each time I shop but you aren't going to sell my info to possible other vendors.IF YOU ARE SHOPPING FOR APPLIANCES....GO SEE MY GURL CINDY!
