When the job was completed, we were satisfied with the quality, the journey to get there was not the greatest. My appointment was canceled, rescheduled, then a “no show” for an ENTIRE DAY (we were told the tech was running behind). We did call and made our grievances known, to which they did give us a discount, so at least that was the right thing to do. We also were able to get our cars done- third times a charm?! My appointment window was 8a-12p, the tech called me at 12:35 and said he would be another 15 minutes to get here. I’m not sure what is going on with their scheduling but I found it to be unreliable.

IM STUCK WITH AN EYE SORE. I won't be returning here unfortunately. They Installed the completely wrong color for my windshield TRIM(white) when its suppose to be black, keep in mind its a all black car. They never mentioned it once or called to make sure its okay before going through with the service.

My New Windshield looks great!!! Auto Glass Now completed the work in a timely manner, the service tech was very professional, and he even repaired a side window on my van that I was having issues with. Would highly recommend Auto Glass Now for any future auto repair needs! Thank You!!

I’m so pleased that I looked into Auto Glass Now for replacing the front windshield of our 2012 Honda Odyssey minivan. The Poway Honda dealership quoted me hundreds of dollars more and they were going to subcontract Auto Glass Now to do the work. Save yourself hundreds of dollars and just go directly to Auto Glass Now for your windshield replacement. The staff are friendly, the wait time wasn’t bad (I waited approximately 90 minutes) and the quality of their work seems great. I’m so pleased that I finally got our cracked windshield replaced!

I’ve needed the services of an auto glass repair shop 3 times in the last 5 years. Fortunately, I found All Star Glass repair, because they do the best repair jobs possible. You can’t tell where the ding in your windshield was, because of their extraordinary work at repairing that ding that becomes invisible. It’s absolutely amazing! Magical!
