I called Boris a couple of weeks ago because I needed a replacement coolant bottle and the dealership was trying to charge me $900. He was appalled that they were charging me that much and went down to the dealership to tell them to make things right and put my repair under warranty. Fast forward to today, I got the call that they will put the repair under warranty. I thank Boris so much for all of his help and will definitely call him whenever I need a repair.

Boris was truly outstanding. The AC on my son's car stopped working but he is busy working as a school teacher during business hours. So the only option was a weekend repair. It turns out the majority of the service centers are closed on Saturdays except for an oil change or tire replacement. In reviewing Yelp I found A to Z Express Mobile was available on Saturdays for an AC repair. It also had high customer ratings. I called late Friday afternoon and Boris picked up the phone. He was available the following afternoon. He drove to my house and was able to quickly diagnose a leak in the AC compressor. Since my son was not available during the week Boris offered to replace the compressor the next day on a Sunday even though that is his day off. He brought the AC compressor the next day and replaced it without any issue. The AC now works! I appreciate the outstanding service experience from Boris by being flexible in the scheduling, providing a quick diagnosis, describing the steps required in fixing the issue, and completing the job as described.I recommend A to Z Express Mobile for auto repairs especially if you have a busy schedule.

Boris came highly recommended by a local auto shop manager, and he didn't disappoint. Boris was courteous and knowledgeable and provided good communication from the time of my inquiry until service completion. He responded to my request quickly and solved my issue the same day. He was very professional, brought his own equipment to work on the underbody of my car right in front of my home. His service was very fast and at a better price than any auto shop, and I didn't have to wait in line! I would highly recommend his service.

Did my rear brake drums and was out in about 90min. His price was not much more than had I taken it to a shop and waited for hours. Worth the few bucks extra to come to my house
