I used to go here all the time when I lived here in 2019. I even went as far as to walking all the way from my apartment in Pomerado road witch was on the other side of town.

You can only leave bad reviews in the 7-Eleven app now so this is the only place I have to say this. This is the only 7-eleven in the area that is actually open during the apps reported times. The staff is wonderful and I've almost completely avoided 7-eleven since the end of the pandemic because of the huge difference in service. If you're in the area it's a great place to stop off for gas and snacks.

OMG I haven't been able to use my rewards for YEARS and I tried to fix it with customer service with no luck. The cashier helped me and fixed it!!! I HAVENT USED MY POINTS IN 4 YEARS. Sorry I didn't get your name but the older 6 foot gentleman with silver hair, you came in clutch thank you so much ?HEY HIGHER UPS, GIVE HIM A RAISE.

So just a few minutes ago i went to this store and i asked for 3 slices of pizza but the tall guy who also workd there not the cashier who was helping me , gave me the slices but he gave me some old pizza that had been there for a few hrs already and when i asked him to give me from the fresh one he said no. Because he had already got the ones there. Even tho i insisted he still said no. So when he got my pizza there were 4 slices he gave me the 3 and thru the 4th one away...why? Because it was old hard and dry. And just because i only had 30 minutes for lunch i couldn't go anywhere else so i had to take the ones he gave me.... i will never go there again. When can you ever hold a good slice of pizza and it stays like this ?

The male manager of this location of 7-11 is lier, he told us after one week $5.00 can get 10 pieces chicken wings for a whole month, but after 1 week when we came back for chicken wings, the manager with his male long hair employee told us "no. get out !"They are not just lie the customer, they are "******

Need to clean the store a little and fix there card readers they never work they ask if you want cash back and when you say yes it declines your card it has happen several times

Wow, this location usually has professional and nice people here. But they have hired some people, two guys, who were unbelievably unprofessional and rude, not a good look for a business.It happened this morning on Wednesday, January 18th, 2023. The younger one claimed to be Nathan and the other one had long hair, possibly in a ponytail.They treated me with great anger, disrespect, and as unprofessional as one could get. I was very nice because I smile and try to be friendly with all businesses due to living here. This is home.They should not be working with people because they are too angry. They lack the skills needed to work in this type of environment. Usually the workers at 7-11 and other locations nearby are extremely friendly and professional, so this was quite the shock.I was treated badly almost immediately upon entering the store. Even if a store is busy, it doesn't give them the permission to treat people so badly.I really hope the management or owner will take this seriously because that was very unfair and uncomfortable.

Man man man, thank God for 711. My Kidz was dyin for sum 711 hot doggy and a slushez or what ever ya kiddos call it. She said it was great. She had diarrhea after but she said it was worth it . Only thing bad was they didn’t have a pack o ciggys and a coors light.Janet if u still workin der, send me a call the kids miss you

Love these guys for their in store customer service. Great staff, great items. However whenever I order things from the app it either cancels my order or says most of their things are out of stock. Hopefully this will get sorted out.
