I was blessed to be referred to this clinic and want to thank Dr Farcas and team for the incredible treatment and care my baby was given. Dr Farcas is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional and PASSIONATE when it comes to treating our fur babies. Their technology for 3D scanning was incredible and allowed precision viewing of the issues at hand. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of a dental specialist when it comes to your fur babies. Dr. Navneet Saini was responsive and spent a good time answeing questions and helping me choose the right plan of diagnosis for our sick cat. Her assistant tech was also wonderful. Wish I had her name to give her a shout out too.

“We have been going to Crystal Springs Pet Hospital for the past 3 years. The staff is courteous and helpful. The clinic is well organized with good communication with us with reminder emails, billing, and request for feedback. We rarely wait more than 10 minutes to be seen and personnel are gentle and loving with the animal patients. I love that they are open during the week and on week-ends . I so am glad that we switched to this animal hospital because we can trust them and it shows professionalism on behalf of its office staff, techs, and doctors.”

“Dr. Li Puma is the most caring, careful, and dedicated veterinary ophthalmologist one could ever hope for. She has done emergency surgeries on each of my dogs and helped calm a distraught pet mom through it all knowing that Maggie was taking as much care of my dogs as they were her own, as well as myself. Dr. Freeman is another amazing ophthalmologist, one of the best, who also removes my dog’s cataract and was the first to show me how special the organization is. The team at Veterinary Vision from the techs to Monique in billing are top notch and I wish every veterinary office worked as they do. Five states, highly recommend.”

Dr. K took the time to call us twice before and after the procedure to keep us in the loop and get our consent. They also texted me the day after to check in and answered all my questions. “I just moved from the South Bay and Peninsula was recommended. I needed to get in quickly for rabies and vaccinations for my pup. All went well, when I got there I was greeted by staff. It was busy, and I waited a tad longer. But it didn't matter, I really liked Dr. Ulla. She was personable. She got down on her knees to greet my dog who is 46 pounds. She reassured my pup and soon she was licking the vet! So big yay. I am thrilled to have found a great vet in Menlo Park!”

“We have used VCA for years. Dr. Bower came extremely highly recommended by a top veterinary specialist. Since we've been with the practice, he has always given our cats kind, professional care, Our cats have visited him for many years now, and he's probably the best vet we have seen. We also referred my sister-in-law's dog to him, and one of the vets operated on him for cancer. My relative also felt that the doctor was excellent and the vet charged a very reasonable price.”
