This place did not disappoint. The owners gave a warm welcoming and are friendly spirited. They helped me choose what kinds of flowers I'd like and a price range. They gave me a chance to look around and see the birds. The birds are extremely well maintained. Getting to visit this shop is absolutely a pleasure. I'd say my go to shop now.”

“I ordered flowers from Village Flower Shoppe for the first time today. After waking up to a message from Menlo Botanica saying they couldn't fulfill my order because they didn't have flowers. I live in New York City and couldn't believe a birthday arrangement was not feasible at the stores opening. Lucky for me I came across Village Flower Shoppe's page and their beautiful arrangements. Within a couple hours my friend texted me thank you for the beautiful flowers and hand written card! Talk about excellent customer service in 2023! They will be my new go to florist! My second time, I came in really late on a Friday night but the owner still took the time to help me thoroughly. Both the owner and her daughter are incredibly skilled at creating beautiful bouquets. “This is a review for the 'balloons' part of the business; I have not purchased flowers here (yet). I discovered EFAB last year when I was searching for some quick balloons for my youngest daughter's birthday on my way home from work. The owner was friendly, quick and efficient. After I picked out balloons (a few standard globes and one mylar shaped balloon) she filled them up, tied them together, gave me some tips, and I was on my way. The ballons were a big hit at home, so I returned months later for my eldest daughter's birthday. It was much the same story. Just a few, small negatives here - The store is tiny and somewhat cluttered. And parking is limited (street parking on busy El Camino Real). But I'll likely be back. Maybe I'll investigate flowers next time, though I suspect pre-ordering may be involved.”

“Granara's nailed my flower order! They were quick to pick up the phone, asked the right questions to figure out the arrangement (I'm not a botanist), and stayed within my budget. Lastly, they delivered within the promised time! We've had the flowers over 2 weeks and some of the are still fresh. These folks are pros, and a definite repeat.”

“Haas had a romantic and warm soul. Perfect spray for the funeral I am hosting. I feel very happy for my loved one, as a immigrant, he got such a beautiful flower spray from a 70+ old man. When I first come to the store, it is a bit dark, and does not not look as morden and beautiful as other florist store. After double check, I found that Haas store flowers inside fridges here and there. And the flower is amazing, I love the color tone, it is perfectly matched, white, but not all white, very elegant, shows his taste. Also, I did not image that he would use as much as 92 flowers for the spray, much more than he committed. During this sad time, I really feel the sincere caring from a professional florist. He may look casual, but is really an expert from 40+ years practice. Also, he stayed up late to deliver it on time. I find I trusted this right person. If you are new to spray and wreath, like I was, you can check with florist about the numbers of flowers, the dimension of the work, and the condition of raw flowers in the store to see if the color and freshness is as your expected. hope that works. I compared several store, Haas had the best offer, and he deliver more than he offered. I hope he can make more pictures for the flowers he had made, so that it helps customers understand his capabilities, rather than miss this hidden gem by the store decoration.”

“I got married in Sept this year and Aili Ice Designs was my wedding florist. I did my initial consultation with Aili over a Zoom call. I sent Aili some photos of flower arrangements that I liked, answered some questions about flowers and colors that I preferred. From then on, I didn't have much communication with Aili Ice Designs until the week or two before the wedding to settle the final bills. There was a staff member I talked to named Becky, who was very helpful in answering questions about the quote, order status and payments. On the day of my wedding Aili personally showed up to the venue to deliver the flowers. They turned out absolutely beautiful! I ordered bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, table centerpieces and cake flowers (my bridesmaid arranged them on the cake). Aili also provided some loose pedals for the flower girl free of charge. I did have to pay extra for a toss bouquet. The flower arrangements were clearly of high quality and uniquely designed. My bridal bouquet was gorgeous, very full - I could not have been happier with the results. I have never been to her store, but after seeing her wedding flowers, I would consider purchasing her arrangements for other occasions in the future. I would highly recommend Aili Ice Designs for any event that requires flowers.”
