If I could give this place negative stars I would. The employees never help you when you need to find something. They will just point to where the item is at. Another thing is, the bathrooms are disgusting at all times. Some times I go in there and clean for free because I can't stand the smell when I go in there and no one else will do it. They don't really have a good variety of clothes either! How are u gonna be a store and not have clothes that can fit everyone's style. Also they are locking up the deodorant now? That's why everyone in Porterville stinks cause they don't have enough employees in the store to find someone to unlock it. I will say recently I've had an experience with a bad worker there. I believe her name is Kassidy. I handed her my receipt so she can mark it off and she put her hands in my face and said "no" multiple times when I'm leaving wal mart she is always at the door being rude to people.

Every single time when you walk in you smell the nice air. Which I really do enjoy. They also Have a nice production of clothes and supplies. I really enjoyed My experience.

Hooray for this Walmart. They tolerate overnight parking and after getting to the Raine rest area on the 99 to find it closed, I was not in a good mood. This Walmart is not a Supercenter, likely because it shares the shopping center with a grocery store. They still have soft lines and toys and electronics and a Tire & Lube but very limited food and groceries. The restroom was clean and I checked out the limited selection of RV stuff. I parked the Sprinter van in the area between the Walmart and the grocery store with two or three other motorhomes. It was mostly quiet until the stores closed, then it was completely quiet. The employees were helpful here, except for that no one answers phone calls (other than the female operator), and no one is ever in the hunting/fishing/camping section to help. Other than this, I'm so thankful there is a Walmart in this town.

I purchased an item over $50 and was told at customer service they could not refund or give store credit over 90 days per corporate policy. To call 800-walmart which I did. They informed me store manager Angelica was perfectly capable of giving me store credit and overriding the system and to return. The blame game. It's customer service at its worst. Just go somewhere else.

Pickup order was delayed. Called to ask a expected completion time since I was there. They couldnt find my order number or name in the system. Customer service found it though. Now it's ready and I am already home. Sounds like someone didn't know how to lookup an order. Lack of training maybe?

For anyone considering getting Walmart grocery delivery in Porterville California I am posting this as a warning. Yesterday I got an offer for free delivery trial for 30 days from Walmart. I don't shop there l but do know they have low prices on some things so yesterday I placed my first order and everything seemed to go smoothly until I got my groceries in the house and realized that a few items were missing. My receipt showed that I paid for them so I requested a refund. No big deal really except two of the items that were missing were part of my dinner that night so I ended up not having dinner. So today I'm thinking about dinner again and thought I would try again. I placed another order and included the two missing items from yesterday's trip. On my delivery instructions I wrote: "Door gate will be unlocked please leave items on doorstep and ring doorbell no need to wait for me to answer the door thank you" This afternoon I get a text from Walmart saying they are sorry my order is delayed and they will let me know when my items are on the way. At 5:18 I get another text from Walmart telling me that my groceries have been delivered at 4:47 I work from home and was sitting in my living room the entire time no one rang the doorbell or knocked on the door so I went out and found all of my items on the sidewalk outside of the door gate IN THE 100° WEATHER. I had a jug of tea that was warm and three frozen items that were completely melted including one of the items I had wanted for my dinner. They had obviously been sitting out there for quite a while. Yes yes yesI am so aggravated at this crap! If someone is going to be a delivery person please do your job correctly and read your delivery or order instructions not only have you wasted your time you have wasted my time, the stores time, the food that is ruined, and I still have to go to the store to get what I need. So this was the second order in two days from Walmart and both deliveries were a shit show! I am absolutely canceling the service and will not recommend this to anyone! So sad that people can't do their jobs. And by the way I went in and changed the tip to $0 some people may not agree with that but I have always tipped for quality of service and this service deserved nothing.

an employee wrongly accused my dad of stealing a skillet. her excuse? "it's the wrong qr code" or something. it's also incredibly messy and dirty, the aisles are so cramped. nice arts and crafts section though, i get my yarn there.

I understand some people may shoplift but if the workers accuse someone of doing it make sure they have a reasons they accused me and I had payed and the recipe wasn't enough for them and they told me the excuse that it don't matter if it's the same brand or product it's not the same color. So technically y'all charging for color ?! Like what kind of reason is that I left embarrassed and my cousin who visits me thinks bad now and is embarrassed for me.

The employee Liz that was working in the electronics area helping with the photos was extremely rude. my photo was supposed to be ready at 2:30 wasn't able to make it in time, so I went at 7 and she was throwing other photos everywhere making a big mess talking under her breath, did not let us know there was an issue with the print out made us wait until Julio got there ( he was great) she then told us it would be 5 minutes so we took a 10 minute walk when we got there we waited another 20 minutes and she then left. When I went to ask her about my photo she said to ask someone else. As she proceeded to count out her register not looking up to even apologize about the wait. I walked away and asked Julio and he helped us out right Away ! Thank you Julio , and Liz you suck. Off topic, but Liz you should definitely check for head live you kept scratching your head

7 am what a joke. No one even knows how open the doors at 7 am. The manager said we had a fork lift problem. So what did every person that works for Walmart go and help. The store opens at 7. Be better do your job . 7:20 am sh*t hasn't happen in the shop yet. I plan my morning around what time you all said you open. Why don't you just change you open time to 7:30? That way you have time to get your sh*t together.

They never adequately staff their money services counter at this store. Today I waited 45 minutes behind three other people and it's only 2 days before Christmas. If you are looking for a fast and convenient way to send or receive money look elsewhere!
