Today while I was shopping I witnessed in this store the worst scenario of racism classism and discrimination of life when a person was denied his purchases just for wanting to pay with coupons that the same store gives the truth the worst service of life even I left my things and left there I could never return to a place where the same manager treats a human being that way I thought that did not exist anymore but really no more for speaking Spanish, being Latino and wanting to pay that way no. Nobody deserves that.

I thought that didn't exist anymore, but in truth, just because I speak Spanish, I'm Latino and I want to pay that way, no one deserves that.

Pharmacists here lie. Changed from 5star to this in just a month.Pharmacist told me, "we treat gabapentin like a controlled substance". My Dr and Neurologist both say it is not a controlled substance, Google says it is not, but am told they cannot fill it 11 days early. It is a 3 hr round trip down and back up the mountains for me and I'm not taking this because I'm in perfect health.

I am giving it 1 star because I can't give it a 0. this store has the worse possible employees. They are rude and never open to help you with anything. I shop there only because it is the only one in Porterville, when I go out u rather shop somewhere than going there. I am going to talk about two mayor issues I had with manager directly. One, she refused to sale a clearance item just because I had a coupon for it and I was getting an even better deal. She told me she was not going to sale it to me just because I had the coupon, which was a digital coupon from the store. Did not sale it and decided to just leave it in the shelf as if she owns the place. last issue, the restrooms. They clean and close the restrooms at around 5 or 6pm. One time I was shopping late with my autistic son who was just training to use the restroom and he wanted to go. I took my son to the restroom and it was closed I asked politely if someone would open it for my son and they told me it was closed for the night. I told them the situation and they called the manager who then came very rude and told me "I can't open the restroom for your son. I just cleaned if I open it I will have to clean again". I didn't say anything and walked out with my son almost peeing himself. I had to go across to the Jack to use the restroom because she was so selfish to only think about her doing the job again. I thought they had improved and went back a few days again and again, they are still not allowing anyone to use the restrooms after 6pm. it is insane because it is a pharmacy. They should expect people being sick while shopping for over the counter medication after 6pm. Horrible experiences there. Don't recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are understaffed and it takes an act of God to get a prescription. I have moved all my prescriptions. I will miss the staff. Really nice bunch of people.

The older women at the cash registers need to be fired. They were both rude to my daughter q Customer service should be a priority in every business and obviously it is not a priority in this business.

Our prescriptions were transfered to Walgreens from Save Mart and it has not been the best experience. My wife takes some expensive prescriptions and was able to get an insurance to cover her co-pay and they said they could not process the secondary insurance. It was never a problem at save mart.

Pharmacy needs to go back to school and learn how to put someone's name and birthday in right I have meds there,, that I need and have to take everyday I will not put a review star because with how rude they were to me. it was like someone made her mad and she took it out on me I will never go to Walgreens again and I thought they were the best they would be. if they hire Nice people and understanding to a person instead of making them fill stupid I am filling a complaint I'm disabled I fill so bad now I let someOne that has my meds get me upset that's so wrong that she did that I have it on voice recorder I guess I have to put one after all to post

The drive thru is very handy to pick up your prescriptions, especially in the heat. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Don't waste your time going here for any of your medications they don't order anything and charged you or your insurance for a full prescription and only give you half

This pharmacy is no question not only the worst in town but possibly all of california. Staff has a blatant disregard for any human being. It amazing to me that this staff even have a job.
