Customer service is always so bad here. They never give me my free gifts. The customer service alone makes me drive to another town to shop there instead. It always feel like I’m a burden here.

Employees are very friendly and helpful when needing to look for items. This Ulta store has a great group of employees that provide excellent customer service.
