They got the issue fixed and I was back on the road within the next hour. The other mechanics that looked at it before hand were wrong of the issue I had. If I could give more I would. I traveled from Colorado and needed some immediate attention on my son’s Nissan. *****UPDATE ***** By choice, I called to schedule some follow up service for my son’s car and Marcos again went above and beyond to make sure my son was taken care of! My son had to get to Baseball practice over at the college and Marcos arranged transportation for my son to get there after he dropped his car off at the shop. Jesse (if other techs helped, I apologize-thank you too!) again provided outstanding and efficient repairs! The car runs like it was brand new! My son called me 1300 miles away to appreciate how well his car runs!! Again, I can’t believe we found this place! This location will take care of everything from here on out! THE BEST TEAM!!!!! 5 stars - 5 stars - 5 stars!!!!!!!! Thank you!”
“Great shop. Not a lot of mechanics I would ever trust these days to either A. Not rip you off and B. Know how to diagnose a vehicle without a computer telling you whats wrong. But, I would trust Melvins to work on any of my vehicles. Great place, fast service, knowledgeable mechanics.”
