Went in to file a claim knowing I have insurance and primary account holder. Tried to file a claim with one of them and immediately turned away. Just call customer support, this place isn't managed correctly.

We were there today as new customers and bought two new phones. We were helped by Josilyn. She was courteous, efficient and competent. She answered 98% of our many questions from memory. She tried to do some upselling, of course, but wasn't pushy about it, at all.They had some communication issues when porting our numbers, but I can't speculate where the fault was. My previous provider had to be called up and prodded to release the numbers, though. Josilyn was more patient with them than I would have been: a little frown, but still very professional with them. Very good experience.

Julisa gave me one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever encountered. Gave me her full undivided attention and helped me with numerous questions. I left with what I wanted and needed. I will DEFINITELY be recommending her and her service to all who ask about cellphone service. 10/10 will be back again.

Incorrect information was given to me which cost us in losing $800.00 plus! They did not stand by their word or written offer/cost they provided us. SWITCHING BACK TO AT&T !

We went in to get a new iPhone, at check out rep said it is their store policy we must buy a case and screen protector. We asked why and it was due to they need to make sure it’s protected. That sounded off. We left and I immediately contacted customer service where they confirmed no T-Mobile customer has to buy any accessories and they assisted us in launching a formal complaint. If you want to use this location, be warned and don’t get taken advantage of.

We went in today (12/16/22 at 2pm) to purchase a iPhone. At check out, the sales representative said we must purchase a case and screen protector because they needed to make sure the phone was protected. That sounded not right. We are loyal T-Mobile customers and have never heard of a store with a policy like this. We immediately left and called 611 (customer service) where they confirmed: NO POLICY EXISTS. Please be aware if you choose to use this store. If it doesn't sound right, trust your gut! Side note: Shame on this store for taking advantage of customers.

This Store only wants to sale want they have in stock then when we find out that the device wasn't what we wanted they want a restocking fee for they error. Didn't go here

Spent over an hr in the store. Asked Jocelyn to tell me about plans offered. She only would talk about an $80.00 plan. She said my phone was good for $1000 trade in but I still had to pay for new phone. I told her I need think about it and I would b back bc she just had me so confused. When I called back to ask another ? She was just rude. Not going back

If I could give zero stars I would. This location has horrible customer service and always has an excuse what they can't take care of you, every time I have tried to work with them. I will no longer do business with this location. I would rather make the drive to Tulare or Visalia.

Staff are rude and do not know what they are doing. The girl that was working wouldn't give me the mangers information.Eddie was great with helping.
