I went to ask for information, I like their current plans but the future is too expensive, be careful when contracting any service, read carefully before committing, if it is in your possibility how the prices change when the excellent plan ends, otherwise don't get involved

I cancelled my service 4 day after the billing cycle started and Spectrum charged me for the whole billing cycle. I moved from my house so I wasn't able to use the service. I consider this policy as fraud and will not recommend their service to anyone.

I canceled my service with Spectrum 4 days after my billing cycle began and yet spectrum charged me for the full billing cycle. I moved from my house and so I was not able to use the service. I consider the policy as fraud. I will not be recommending spectrum to anyone ever again

We had a good experience here and with our home service provider. Although we couldn't understand why the staff didn't send an installer right away, we had to go back into the store to request an installation a week later, after our purchase. Don't remember his name, but our service provider was a huge credit to his employer and his business. He was very personable, professional, humourous, kind and cared about the quality of his work. He was a pleasure to do business with and the installation looks great. Great job sir!

I went in having trouble connecting my device to spectrum. Adrianna went above and beyond to help my phone get connected. I was so happy that I did not have to go without a phone for work this week. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and dedication Adrianna.

Great experience. We needed to port a number over from Xfinity and it didn't go through immediately die to system issues. Later my both of my girlfriend's phones weren't working and the office was already closed.We went back to at least use the wifi and one of the employees came out and assisted us even though it was after hours and got us going!

I just don't get the need for having to check-in. I honestly feel like it takes a lot longer than literally just making a line. But other than the service is great from employees.

Really nice lobby, there wasn't a line, yet I wanted to do the kiosk. This was my 2nd time in here. I always pay on line. Kiosk was quick and to the point. I was asked if I needed any help, and I was welcomed as I walked in. Over all I paid me bill within 2 or 3 minutes and my son didn't get a chance to cause trouble. I give it a 10 out of 10.

I absolutely love this company I wish I could show you a picture I took of my 3 year old crying because the technicians had to leave. He had his hard hat on and he was just so happy looking at him work. Thanks for the great job and to your technician Julian

Internet is out often, and it is always several days before anyone can come out. Issues I have had have been in their equipment and not on my property.
