Great parking, finding a shopping cart, finding the items I needed: a hot and ready rotisserie chicken, salad, salad items.The greeting cards sign says "All cards $1.99". I was skeptical about this but It's true! Even though the lower back of the greeting card has a printed price, the price, once scanned by the employee is still $1.99. The staff bagging my items was super helpful. I left happy about my entire shopping experience. Great job, Porterville Smart and Final! A+ 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️??

This store is always stocked, which is very nice, but has HORRIBLE management. The lines are always long, and that's not on the employees. I strictly blame the management. They will gladly stand by, and watch the employees struggle and work. I saw an employee pass out on the register from being sick, and had her back out there an hour later. I shop Instacart, so I'm in this store every day, on a daily. You can go to this store if you want to spend most of your day waiting. Now this is what I've heard from employees in my time of shopping here. Management does not accept doctors notes, and completely do not care for its employees. They conspire to get employees fired, and management fired for their own personal gain. Scheduling is horrible!! Unless you are sucking the managers dick (Andi in this case) you will not get a good shift, you will not get to have any family emergency, or medical emergency. If you at all cannot show up to work you will be fired. (Again, unless you are his best friend this goes for you). It is disgusting that y'all have let this store just get this bad. It's sad that y'all don't even see how miserable, and understaffed your employees are. And it's really sad, that y'all keep bad management in this store. Do better. I know employees have reached out to HR for these concerns, but you didn't do anything about it. Time to figure it out, before we sue this store. I'm serious about this. My significant other is a target of the majority of those issues, and her friends who work there. All of which are hard working employees, who show up, and do their absolute best. It's not fair to have them be treated badly for no reason. They may not understand how to stand up for themselves, but I will gladly take this to court. There has been more than enough policy breaks, and evidence to win this case. Do better. Crappy ass store.

I like the place, but sometimes they only have two cashiers open with like 15 people in line, it takes forever just wish they would be smarter about that and bring more cashiers
