Brittany and Rebecca are the best. I love going to this store because it’s always clean and the staff is always friendly. Best Sierra mini mart. I drive further just to visit this store because it’s always a positive atmosphere.

I enjoy going to Sierra Minute mart as employees are very nice and make me feel welcoming…. Rebecca is very welcoming and always in a good mood… Food is fresh and drinks are cold …. Thank you Sierra Minute mart employees

Stopped by for a Sandwich and the staff was very nice except the manager or what seem like the manger (and woman in her 40's-50's gray hair in a bun) on shift. There was a good amount of people waiting to checkout including myself getting rung up when she pulled the cashier that was helping me to let him know that he messed up and yelled at him in front of everyone saying "you are giving free gas like a mofo" "the clients can wait I don't care but you've been messing up". I understand that this young man could be new and did some mistakes but it was not the time to pull him in front of everyone and start yelling at him and use the term "mofo" in front of 10+ people. There's a time to correct employees mistakes but not be disrespectful in front of clients, specially to their staff.

Store is fine but the choice of help they have hired is to be questioned. Jayjay I believe is his name and works nights on 3/18/23 I went in and simply asked him about his policy on checking IDs for alcohol sales. And didn't know he was going to come unglued on me and turned very combatant. He went from 0 -100 mph with a single question. Very unprofessional I was in no way being rude but I was entitled to ask what store policy was on alcohol sales . Having worked for Richard Zenze at sunrise mini marts back in the day I'm no stranger to customer service but someone needs to explain his actions and attitudes are running off customers who would normally be trading there. I will not go back to that store as long as he is behind the counter. That's how bad he got. He s a young kid with 2 faces one for his bosses and other for customers who don't challenge him. I bet 10 dollars to a doughnut it's his first job. Customer service is everything and every situation can be handled without attitudes but with common courtesy. "I'm sorry you feel that way sir. I can direct you to the store managers info if you would like another point of view or if you have any other questions that I'm not able to help you with " But don't stand and argue with me and act like your going to come out from behind the counter and handle this . Because that would only be a bigger mistake.

Place is a joke. None of the employees even acknowledge you waiting there for them. And if you want Port of Subs. Have fun. One was just wandering around cussing out loud about her boyfriend. Thanks my 6 yr old definitely needed to learn those words. Place needs some management

Good market, pretty clean, lots of options for snacks. However, upon checking out, I noticed the sub sandwich station up near the register. An employee was slicing some ham and accidentally dropped the whole block of ham she was holding. Another employee picked it up and rinsed it off in the sink!Good for snacks but maybe think twice about getting a sub sandwich.

I don't know what's up with one of the guy's that works the early am shift!? The last 3 times I've been there around 3am (today at 3:45am 4/5/20) he has the doors locked when he "mops". Each time he sees me at the door and just looks at me, one time he was even laughing while ducking in and out of an isle. Apparently I'm not the only one he does this too, because I ask about it when I have to go to the one on Newcomb, and they get the same complaints about this guy. If you're going to have the lights on and say you're a 24hr store you'd think the door would be open. Or make a sign that says "open 23hrs a day, closed for mopping". Something tells me that guy does this every time he's on shift and it's not just for when he "mops."

I've been to this store twice in the last 3 weeks and both times the cashiers were not very welcoming. I walked in, smiled and said good morning to them and both times no one responded to me. Not a very good experience.
