This pharmacy sucks. Ridiculous
Everytime I call line is busy or line is broken or closed . SMH .hopefully there is some improvement soon.

I Like The Owner & His Wife They Other Pharmisists are rude i dont like them and the staff is always late never open at 9am its always later and when i call they say they just opened to call back when i call back im holding for alongtime insted of just taking my call the first time

I went to a local big pharmacy, they couldn’t manage to figure out our insurance which has been the same for the last 5 years.Of course I came to Porterville Pharmacy and they were so nice and helpful. I’ll never use another pharmacy’s the staff is extremely sweet and friendly.

Walked in the pharmacy, medication was sent to this location by my provider, I was refused to get it filled because I had to become a patient, don't know what that meant, it was dark in the pharmacy and the gentleman who helped is was rude.. do not go to this pharmacy, very unprofessional

The employees are very rude. Tell you medication will be available at a specific time and then its not. Do not know the workers comp procedures. I wouldn't be given them a star but less than that wasn't an option! The owner of this pharmacy discriminates against people with disabilities. Medications are never ready even when they call and say they are. DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY! They will kick you out after having you switch all your meds over to them, just like they did to me! Owner flat out told me she didn't want my business.

Friendly service and the lady that works their is very helpful...but unfortunately this porterville pharmacy doesn't belong at that location... It's not going to be in business for very long unless they can afford to take some lost for a long time... This business is struggling to be open. But I wish them the best.

This pharmacy has terrible customer service! I went in there around 10 AM on February 3 (Wednesday) to see if I could buy some CBD capsules. There was no one in the store except me and there were three people working in it. I waited around 10-15 minutes, just standing there, while the two employees in the back ignored me even though they both saw me waiting at the counter. The third employee who was on the telephone told me "someone would be with me right away." Ha! I finally opened the door to their back room where the employees were and the drugs were stored and started to walk back there. That got their attention. They had all the products of this company except for the capsules even though I had bought them once there before and paid almost 25% more instead of buying them directly from the manufacturer. If you have lots of time to waste, then by all means, go there and wait.

Don't waste your time going here the owner hires his staff straight from the sjvc college and they never order your medicine like they say they do their is only one person that works there and she is the only one who knows what she is doing all the other ones don't it's a big waste of time you are better off going to another pharmacy
