Bad service, I don't recommend this shop to any self employed truck drivers. My truck was in the shop for way too long due to incompetent mechanics. Nobody touched the truck For well over 30 days!! No self employed truck driver can afford to use a shop like this. The truck ended up being there for nearly 3 months. We contacted the manufacturer after a month of not hearing from the shop. They explained and provided us a complete log of all the communication between the shop and them. The shop/mechanics never responded so our manufacturers case and so the manufacturer closed it. Had we no called the manufacturer ourselves i know the truck would still be there, time is money and we cannot afford to have a brand new truck sit. Zero respect they even left there coffee cups and stains from spills of their drinks in the interior of a brand new truck.
