I have used Porterville Collision two times. My first car was better than new. My second car is 24 years old and it is looking great. I would recommend anybody who needs their car done and done right to try Porterville Collision Center. Mike is wonderful to work with and makes everything easy.

Recently, my car was damaged at a local car wash. I took my car to 360 on Olive. 360 sent me to Porterville Collision. I was greeted by Krystal and Isidro. They were nice and friendly and took as much information. I left and waited for a call. The awesome Krystal called me to let me know that a part came in and I took my car in, handed my keys over and I let the professional complete the work.The result is excellent! My car looks great!! I want to thank the entire team at Porterville Collision. I give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and an A+. ???

Posting this couple years after the repair because I decided to upgrade my front bumper. The original bumper that was replaced was either not new like they said or was damaged in the process. How do I know know this? Brackets and clips that were damaged were just glued. Screws that could not fully screw into the bumpers, it's okay they glued it to the screws too. Keep in mind I'm only replacing my bumper because it's slowly starting to come off.Service: Body & Trim

Came with a minor repair of a protective plate on my trip and they fixed it at no cost! The help from mechanic Fernando (not me) was outstanding as he took all the time necessary to fix the issue. Highly recommend this shop if you live nearby!

When the automated car wash attacked my bike rack and scratched the back of my car, and I wasn't sure how much damage was actually done, my first thought was to go to Porterville Collision for a fair assessment. In the past they had been wonderful to work with, and though I hadn't seen Tony in a few years, he stopped what he was doing to touch up my scratches (bumper's aren't metal any more, I don't need to worry about rust), and problem solve the damage to my bike rack. He spent 45 minutes with me, working to bend it back into shape so that it will function. When I tried to pay him for his time, he refused, saying he knew I'd be back and refer others. We are so lucky to have a local businessman who is there for us no matter how big or small our crises. Thank you, Tony and Porterville Collision!Service: Body & Trim
