“The employees are always kind and friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable and efficient.I rescued a little kitten that was under a person car that lived around the corner and down the street from my house. It was almost frozen to death, as the overnight temperatures had dropped to 32 degrees F. I can only assume that the little kitty had climbed into the engine area, looking for some much needed warmth, and fell fast asleep. As he slept, the engine cooled off completely, and he woke up almost frozen to death.I'm happy to say that he is alive and doing well, growing like crazy.Thank you, Pet Smart, for helping me get everything that he needed and for helping me to dial in on his approximate age so I could get the correct kitten formula. ? ❤️”

“I love going in to any TSC store but especially my local Porterville store. The atmosphere is calm, relaxed and fun. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable about products and helpful.I really enjoy looking at all the unique items available. I shop there mostly for pet supplies and my husband likes the selection of specialized farm type hardware, that’s hard to find in other places.
