Slow customer service... need to improve on greeting customers and making them feel welcomed and offer them help on finding parts even though they're helping someone else should say well be with you in a minute....and not let customers felling lost looking for parts

The good they have a huge inventory. The bad, budget a good amount of time to be helped or to get your call answered. I’m always in a pickle because I don’t want to spend 20-30 minutes or more getting parts.Eight days ago I dropped off a hydraulic hose to be repaired. I called twice to check status and gave up after doing the phone hold shuffle. Today I went in and they lost my hose. Considering THEY lost my hose, they weren’t very helpful or apologetic. It actually sounded like they did some clean up and probably tossed it out.I’m going to start searching for a replacement hose as I don’t have any confidence that they’ll find it or make me whole.

Great variety of parts and they can deliver to your business or shop for wholesalers. They can also repair drivelines.

Good quality parts better than Auto zone cheap parts for sure. Good customer service but can be better...
