“I will be commuting quite a bit to Porterville now for school but other than that, I have never had any reason to come to Porterville often. Yet let me just state, everyone I have met here already has left such a great impression on me! As I entered Officemax, Eddie greeted me and asked me how he can help. He directed me towards the back where I needed to pick up some supplies. Then Savannah not only helped me acquired the items I needed, but she also made a suggestion for me to obtain. Which I truly appreciate her help! I was able to ask for her opinion on which item would suffice and she gave me her best critic which lead me to buy the item I did. I can see that they are already going to be such a great help to me especially going to be here so often, so thank you guys!”

“I'm not sure where OfficeMax does their training or the format that they use but more people need to copy them. Every time I walk in the store for whatever reason I have a good experience. And I've been going in the store for 6 or 7 years so I know the same employees are not there but it's always the same experience so they're doing something right. So thank you very much.
