******update to comment ***I was able to message them through Facebook Messenger and they took care of this issue and explained to me that the drive thru will always pre-authorize the debit card for $10. So just an FYI it takes it along time for the Pre-Authorization to fall off. At least it did for me. It was still there even after the $5 posted to my bank account.Even on a $5 wash it holds $10.So I’m pleased now and have updated this review to give them five stars for their professional customer service.***************************************I like this car wash but …. Every time I use my debit card there I just get a $5 drive thru wash and it takes $10 and so far it’s been pending on my debit card for well over 8 days even though it has already posted $5 on my bank account dated 8/12!!!! So technically it charged me $15 since the $5 posted but the $10 is still pending.

This car wash has really fallen off a lot from about 5 years ago. Biggest issue is cleanliness. The ground is always dirty. Hard to put armor all on your tires when all the trash sticks to them. Vacuums don't work as well as they used to
