Days of Professional service follow up and customer service may be numbered there at G&M now that the son has taken over business operations. I recently brought in my truck complaing of a noise coming from the engine. Not being mechanic myself, I asked for a Valve Adjustment believing that to be the issue. I drove off the lot after work was done and the noise was still there. I returned the the lot and informed them the noise problem still existed. It was then that I was told they don't "Test Drive" vehicles after work is done. Taking it elsewhere, the mechanic identified the problem in 10 seconds. The problem was an Exhaust Leak, a problem any Professional Mechanic could easily diagnose. The leak has since been repaired and now, no noise! My suggestion is shop around. You remember what Sam Winston's kids did to the business at Winston's Tires. In response to your response, I never mentioned "preventive maintenance" but rather mentioned numerous times about the "noise", being the only reason I brought it in. I guess 5 years wasn't long enough. At least this gave me the opportunity to find another place in town for diesel service. couldn't be happier now so thanks, Travis. Things happen for a reason.

Just picked up my car today had a problem with my Toyota Corolla many thanks to Travis, For his patience of waiting ,we were actually late 20 minutes after they closed and he waited for me and my wife with a smile on his face, price was very reasonable, and he will explain what actually was wrong , and give you perfect explanations.

I broke down going down the hill off Cleghorn where I was down on cajon Blvd which is a 2 lane highway. I called AAA and they dispatched 2 other companies which never made it claiming they couldn't find my location . I was lucky enough where they were able to contact G&M automotive. The driver Tim was amazing and kept in constant contact with me . He also claimed he couldn't find my exact location but never gave up and continued keeping in contact. soo disappointed in the other 2 companies claiming AAA gave them the wrong location but then left me hanging!! Tim was super cool and didn't give up! Thank you G&M and I would recommend you guys to everyone!!

My husband had his car towed here by AAA. Not only was his first encounter with the employee at the desk less than great they then quoted him $1,000 to fix his timing belt. With a second opinion at a trustworthy mechanic, Scotty's automotive we were quoted $540. We will definitely be having it towed to Scotty's.

Best service in town. The service team, Travis, Jim and Jared, are friendly, informative and helpful in providing the best option on the repairs and service needs to our vehicles. Upfront pricing and on time services. I have been going to them for years, and been satisfied with their workmanship. I have tried other automotive shops in HD, but never felt satisfied with the work that has been done. I highly recommend them for all of your car service and repair needs.

Everyone from the gentle man that helped us in the office, the technicians that assessed our car to the tow truck drivers that towed us were very courteous, helpful and sympathetic to our situation. They made a trip that started out horribly, bearable. We would highly recommend G&M towing.
