I been filing my business and personal taxes with Franklin &associates for a couple of years now. And every time they do such a great job. The staff is amazing. Maria is very knowledgeable, and explains everything so well. She has great communication with us at all time.

If I can give them a zero I would these people need to learn how to do their taxes. Ever since Paul Franklin passed away things have changed there the ladies do not know what they're doing on my refund I wasn't going to get any child credits with the lack of their knowledge turned around went to TurboTax and got $4000 on my own not having any charges they wanted to charge me $400 for a short form what I did online for free this place needs to be shut

Don’t not go here the lady that works there is no where near professional!!! She makes too many mistake to the point where I pretty had to do my own taxes and pay her to hold the paperwork
