It’s 11:24 they are supposed to be closed at 12 am. The doors are closed and I’m very disappointed. I had an emergency and this cvs let me down.

Asked the gentleman if he could unlock the bathroom door and he said no, without given any reason why he couldn't open thd door, I guess customers are not allowed to use the restrooms.

Store manager refused to help unlock a cabinet which resulted in associate having to leave register/door area. Someone immediately walked into the unsupervised front of store and ran out with items. The same manager refused to apply a 40% off coupon and issue $5 rewards bucks.

I see most of these are at least a year old. My experience has been different. I had previously had my prescriptions at Walgreens. Typical wait for new meds was 3 days. Then sometimes, after waiting, I'd call and they'd tell me they didn't have the med. When we currently had covid, this pharmacy was the only place that had it. 5 minutes after they got the prescription, it was ready! So I transferred ALL our meds and they have not disappointed! Amazing customer service too! Very satisfied!

It has improved over the years I gotta say. Just don't get the new employees what ever you do. This one didn't recognize that I HAD the proper paperwork and my returning the next day wasn't necessary. Although I did. Got the same woman at the same window. But this time she asked the lady at the next window what to do and TA DA ! problem solved and I was on my merry way.

They always text me to see if I need to refill a certain pill they always have it ready when I go and pick it up so far they have done excellent and I've had them for 3 years

OMG THIS STORE STAFF IS AWESOME. I WENT IN TONIGHT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BERRY GOOD. I GOT MILK, BREAD, CEREAL. THE SHELFS WERE EMPTY BUT JASON AND REBEKA WERE GOOD HELP. THEY STOPPED MOPPING AND CLEANING TO HELP ME OUT. JASON EVEN HELPED ME OUT TO MY CAR BECAUSE THERE WERE A LOT OF HOMELESS OUTSIDE WITH BEER AND PANHANDLING. THANK YOU JASON AND REBEKA.
