iv been to several crossfit facilities. crossfit power house was by far and away the best one I have every been to. i was in town for a week so I did drop ins everyday. the owners were so nice them and there trainer were Very knowledgeable helpful and the workouts were amazing. really fun up beat Atmosphere. thank you guys for helping and taking the time with me. wish you guys were in my home town

The trainers were so amazing knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere and friendliness of every one at the gym was the best. The workouts make me feel like a rockstar when I walk. I've already lost 21 lbs in 2 months and so many inches. I have been to many other gym and lots of trainers. Crossfit power house is hands down the best they really know what they are doing

This gym let me drop in for a few workouts at a very affordable per day price compared to other local gyms. The staff was nice and friendly as were the folks working out there. There isn't a lot of milling around and talking as the music is pretty loud, and the clients are there to work hard It was pretty motivating to be around the energy of all the folks doing the crossfit workouts. I found a corner and did my usual kettle bell workout without feeling like a nuisance. The clients were evenly split between gender, so anyone would feel welcome here. Overall, a great place and I would recommend.

I enjoy it, they set my workout and encourage me through it. their hours are accommodating, with a trainer available. I kinda work out better on my own, but like that they come around when they see me struggling. So far so good for this 45yr old. I'm very happy!

Make sure you're reading your contract if they're not going over the whole thing with you. Signed up over 6 months ago and was never told about an “automatic renewal†at the end of the 6 month contract. My account was charged $200 when my contract was already up. I never got a copy of the contract or was told about it. When my fiancé called to ask about the incident and figure out what was going on, they noticed that our contract said 6 months but the computer was showing 1 y

I've been coming for almost 5 months & don't plan on quitting, I'm on fire. � Not only are the trainers excellent in instructing you, pushing you, yelling at you � , they really are helping you become the best that you can be & are also really cool people!! I love everyone's big smiles & the upbeat vibe...the environment is awesome. I'm having fun working hard & I've improved so much in more ways than one.
