I've had a terrible experience with this establishment. There is no customer service at this establishment. Customers perceive associates as being arrogant or uninterested in assisting them. Although I have had nothing but impeccable service from Cricket Wireless in Porterville, this institution disappointed me and didn't make me SMILE, as the solgen claims. I'm hoping the regional manager can stop by and have a conversation with this place.

Yeah they sold me a phone didn't bother tell me that I had to buy a thing to charge it would cost $35 more end up spending over $200 for a $49 phone not happy with this place anymore would not recommend it

Very rude went on a Sunday at 3:30 to pay my bill store closed. Sign says closes at 4:00 they always close early even during the week

Cricket so far has not actually has performed unethically, revenues and taxation code in california, "HELLO!!" there is a uniformed way of Conducting business, and professionalism is extremely important to our United States culture. WE THE PEOPLE!! are what the keep This COUNTRY, OUR COUNTRY, a truley diverse country. Cricket wireless, is not an authorized dealer, but a wireless agent.

Worst customer service EVER! They have NO knowledge of products. The male who works there through the several times I've been in here always has customers go to the website for everything, even problems he could've fixed himself VERY LAZY STAFF.SO OVERSTAFFED. Especially considering they do hardly anything. Mostly just gossiping amongst each other while dealing with customers. RUDE. And the younger female with wild hair lied to me and kept avoiding answering any questions I had. She sold me an accessory that I want informed before buying that was NON REFUNDABLE. She said it was $30 plus $5 for the glass when in fact it came out to greatly $60. I'm really upset with the service here almost want to go back in and return my phone too bad I can't because if I did I wouldn't be able to hold back on chewing them out. You guys suck

The service was pretty quick, she seemed nice but when her and the manager started looking at me and talking in spanish at the cash register while i was on other side of glass waiting to pay, that made me extremely uncomfortable and a little upset because i don't understand Spanish...and its not very professional or polite! Also the phone was badly defected so i took it back on 7th day and they told me i was a day late so i could not exchange it..(that was a lie) i purchased on 9/10/2020 and tried to exchange it on 9/17/2020.. ON THE 7th DAY!! Called 611 today (9/18/20) Carlos told me they (cricket store) were wrong and i should have been able to exchange phone. Im gonna go today and see what happens...p.s. don't buy a samsung a11, terrible phone...thanks, stay safe everyone!
