Boot Barn is a store for high-quality western wear and workwear. The store is very attractive, bright, and noticeably clean both outside and inside. It is spotless with nice, well-stocked displays. The layout has women's clothing on one side and men's on the other, with boots along the entire back wall on open shelving. The store has a great selection with many different styles of boots and clothing to choose from, including great sizes. They carry really nice brands, like high-quality denim made to last. The staff is friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable, and extremely sweet. Employees are pleasant and do not try to rush customers, offering help to find items or double-check stock. They provide great customer service, whether helping on the sales floor or at checkout, and can order items for home delivery. Customers report having an amazing experience and highly recommend Boot Barn. Many state it is by far the best Boot Barn they have been to and that they will definitely return. It is a really nice store where you can find what you are looking for. Some note that while the variety is great, more hats like other locations would be welcome. Overall, it is a clean, well-organized store with a friendly staff and great selections.
The girl who helped me was great. She showed me exactly what I was looking for. I have looked all over town and found nothing. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I love this store.

Went in during the last 10 minutes and Lupita was amazing! Very helpful, very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what I was looking for. She was extremely sweet and did not try to rush me at all. I would definitely return! Thank you Lupita for making my experience at this location amazing!
