Horrible service tellers are rude there is always along line. And they stold my money in different occasions I decide to cancel my account because of all the issues I had with them.

It's the first Friday of the month and there is a line to the door and the currently have one teller for regular banking and one teller for business. Employees are behind the teller counter at desks chatting with each other with no evident regard for the customers lined up to the door. Horrible customer service for an institution that uses hard earned money for corporate gain. Not sure if it is the fault of the employees, management or company culture as a whole. At the very least the employees working at the moment are at best indifferent to the mass amounts of customers filing into the queue. Currently the wait time stands at least 25 minutes. Completely unacceptable.

This bank doesn't honor it own customers checks. Unless a person opens an account bank of America will not cash their own checks.

0 out of 10 on service. Having 1 teller every single day is outrageous. We have a business account and 9 times out of 10 the business line is closed. There is employees standing around doing nothing. Get behind the tellers and help people. Hire more tellers. So something. We do way too much business here to have to have to stand in a line for hours each week. It's a pure disappointment and absolute dissatisfaction. There is two tellers with a line of 30+ people nearly everyday and they have no eagerness to make the wait any better. BofA is the worst banking experience I have ever experienced. If you have a business I highly advise you to stay away from banking with BofA.

Porterville Location-Saturday 02/12/2022 waited 1 hour and 49 mins in line. If you have the majority of customers in a small town why don’t you provide more tells on Saturday when the majority of people have the weekend off. It just doesn’t make sense, you claim customer service is your first priority. Obviously it is not. New credit union just opened near Del Taco maybe they will pay attention to customer needs. Time to close all my accounts.

Wish I could do no stars, only because I've had multiple issues with their fraud prevention lops... I would never ever wv we r ever open a bank of America account and I will never ever recommend anyone opening one either. There has been several instances where I have been locked out of my money only because the impersonal customer care and the unprofessional customer service of this bank. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this national joke. Now I'm without any money for gas to make a living tomorrow for my wife and eight kids all because they want me to verify my identity for the 9th time, only now in person at the bank with two forms of i.d. on Flippin labor day.... This sob story is on me tho coz I seen it comin.... I vote wells Fargo or bank of the Sierra, can't wait till tomorrow to close my business with Stank of America.... good riddance

I tried calling multiple times before going. I don't have an account with BofA because they are a terrible bank generally - back around 2000 they withdrew huge sums from my account repeatedly because they kept confusing my account number with someone else's. But my credit union was closed and the check I needed to cash was from a BofA account.Nobody answered the phone.I drove there. The line was HUGE.I ended up waiting for over an hour in the line, only to be told by the brainless clerk that they couldn't verify the check and so I couldn't get the money. I get this check every month and it isn't bad. The Bank is Bad. They STOLE an Hour of my Life. They had 3 clerks, one of whom was taking about 10 minutes with each customer. The manager wasn't doing squat. BofA is horrible, generally, and this location is among the worst.

I called many times to see if I needed an appointment to open an account. No one answered. Not once. So I drove in hour to get there just to speak to someone and open an account. People had been waiting for over an hour if they didn't have an appointment. I spoke with the bank manager who gave me attitude and told me they can't always answer the phone when they are with customers. I told her she should be able to since she was standing around with a tablet checking people in and that's about it. It's not hard to hire someone just to answer the phone or she could do it herself if she's just standing there.

What is wrong with the atm service at this bank? Many times no cash available at atm. Today 3 drive through open one giving cash. With Covid-19 ability to get cash outside is best. Why so many down days at this location?

Worst bank ever. The lines are so long and they only have 2 or 3 tellers when the lines going out the door. I need to switch banks ASAP.
