“Bad Experience Turned Into a Good Experience on Friday, Jan 5, 2024 around 1:10 pm. Drove from O'Reilly's to Auto Zone. OMG!!!! I was greeted with a smile from Mr. Ruben M as soon as I opened the door!!! I had just had a terrible experience at O'Reilly's, and walking into Auto Zone in Porterville, CA E Olive, the greeting was a DELIGHT!!! I was IGNORED at O'Reilly's!!! I already gave them a piece of my mind. But Mr. Ruben M happily greeted me and grabbed the parts that I needed and even installed them in my car with a smile!!!! This made me feel special and appreciated. He even shook my hand!!! Mr. Ruben M deserves some recognition for helping me turn a bad O'Reilly experience into a great one at Auto Zone!!!
