Well, we showed up out of the blue with no notice with our 9640 foot bluebird school bus. It had a leaking air brake chamber, and the governor on the compressor for the air brake system was all over the place. They got me in and out within four hours For an incredibly fair price to say the least. I literally only wish these guys were everywhere that my bus needed them. Thank you so much to the fine work of Mr. Nolan in the office and Noa for all the service work he accomplished! Excellent organization and would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a yoke for a customer Daniel took my order. Told him I needed part nxt day aired no biggie part nvr showed up via ups he said he ordered from a different vendor was coming fed ex 3 weeks later didn't hear anything from him I paid cash for part ahead of time called visaila truck parts and they had yoke sitting on their counter in 3 hours Daniel is a worthless parts guy no communication what so ever and poor customer service what a joke..........

Bought an expensive set of pre-painted fender flares. No drill installation. The rear flares are mounted with a very unique clip. I noticed that one of my rear flares appeared to be loose. Mo impact. No scratches, but 3 of the retaining clips missing. I removed one from the opposite side as a temporary hold me over until I could contact American Truck. After reaching out to them 3 times, I'm told they cannot get me the hardware kit. What ? A 500+ dollar set if fender flares, and I cannot get hardware for this set ? They say there is nothing they can do. Ive been in automotive service for 45 + years. I cannot source these clips locally. Just be warned....they have no support for their products.

I took my truck for a service. It never leaked oil since I had it. Had oil changes done before I took it to American. Got it back leaking oil from them. Customer service was not good at all billy seemed like he didn't care bout the problem I encounter from them! Never will I go back to American!!
