I'm not to fawn of this storage they gave me two late payments in one month never heard of such a thing ...if you pay your rent on storage and move out the next day they will not give you your rent back for the rest of the month

The staff here has always been polite and anytime I needed a storage never had an issue at this place besides their closing time during the winter I would say this is my go-to place when I need a storage.

If I rented my unit on the 3rd of the month, 10days later is a $10 late fee. They are adding the late fee on the 12th of the month. ? I can count. Then they want to argue with you & threaten NOT TO TAKE my payment. Uncool ????

There customer service was not so good and if you need any kind of help with storage unit as far as replacing a key. Good luck. No body ever there at office.
