“Great place to have a birthday party! Just had a birthday party here for almost 50 people. Jenny the party organizer was very communicative and the rest of the staff (Desiree, Giselle, Brian) were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that you get the whole venue to yourself, there is ample validated self-parking for guests, and multiple staff members are present to help during your event with face-painting, tattoos, dance party, and bubbles. I was initially attracted to the venue because of the variety of themes available. It was amazing to be able to actually enjoy my kid's party without stressing over set up and clean up. The food (salad and pizza) was brought from Marco's Pizza, which was a nice delicious surprise. I also liked that basic beverages were provided, and that we were able to drop off certain non-perishable items during the week before the party. There were nice bathrooms on-site that unfortunately had some plumbing issues, though. Most importantly, my child and party guests had a great time and I was grateful to make special memories with my family.”

Waffle station~omelet station~dessert station ~refried beans~carnitas~fresh made corn tortillas ~etc...Family owned for over 20 years but they are so busy that @times the staff is overwhelmed and "don't hear u"U have bottomless glasses of Tamarindo water and horchata as well as OJ for ur champagne! “Etage has always been my go-to for catering because I’ve always been impressed with their menu selection as well as the quality and uniqueness of the food. Just a few weeks back, we had ordered catering for my daughter’s birthday and it was a huge hit! I had booked Etage venue for the first time last week and the staff really made my experience so peaceful and easy. Aren and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful! I was so pleased with Etage venue’s work that I booked with them again a second time. Dining in the venue hall is even more lovely because of the beautiful and welcoming environment that the business creates for its guests. Had an amazing time with them, and will be going back for any future needs.”

“My wife and I had our wedding here this past October and it was incredible. The venue itself is beautiful. The venue staff and management were awesome. Very communicative and reached out ahead of time before deadlines. The Wedding coordinator, whom we booked through the venue, was absolutely incredible. The bar packaging and company through Hart & Main were great and the drinks were so so good, some of the best drinks we've ever had! The wedding suits for both the groom and bride were beautiful, clean, and refreshing. The venue itself is very welcoming and warm. The day of our wedding it was nearing about 100 degrees as we were blessed with a heat wave & had worries that it would be too hot but it was not at all. Even though its partially an outside venue, there was AC in the rooms, in the bar area, and there was a ton of shade since the building is so tall/3 stories. It really was just a magical awesome perfect night. So many of our guests were just in awe of how beautiful the wedding and the venue was. One other fun note is that they had a space for a food truck to pull up so we had a ice cream truck pull in that space for our dessert and it fit like a glove! There also is a huge parking lot right across the street that is perfect for guests (we had 83 guests). The area around the venue is very clean, feels very safe, and has somewhat of a small town vibe to it which is preferable as it makes the area seem more peaceful. There also is a park right behind the venue that you can walk to for pictures as we did that as well! Access to that is simple, there is a door through the venue that leads out to the park, maybe a 3 minute walk. There is a train nearby that toots its lil ole horn every so often and we were worried it would be disturbing to the wedding but we honestly didn't really hear or notice it the whole night. Truly a beautiful and intimate venue. The whole process felt very organized and so much stress was alleviated because of Hart & Mains' warmth and hospitality. The entire night was just perfect and we are incredibly grateful! Thank you Hart & Main!”

“We were here last Saturday for a party for my grand niece. It was a beautiful night to be outside. Tables were set up and they have lights hanging which is pretty. There was a DJ and it was a nice area to set up the buffet. Restrooms are inside and there is plenty of parking behind across the street. GPS makes it awkward to find the parking though.”

I attended for a family member's 10th birthday, but I would honestly attend for an adult's birthday as well. It's not just limited to fun for kids, adults went into the arena and had their fun as well! The location is clean, organized, and so different than any other venue in SCV! HIGHLY recommend!!”

“I recently had the opportunity to work as a vendor at The Landmark banquet hall, and overall, it was a positive experience. Despite being situated in a residential neighborhood, the exterior is well-maintained with ample parking for guests. It's worth noting that part of the parking lot is leased to a Nissan dealership, which might be a consideration for some, but personally, it didn't impact my experience.One standout feature for vendors is the designated parking, providing easy access for loading in and out. The venue itself is in excellent condition, boasting impressive in-house lighting. The foyer is a decent size, and the bar is aesthetically pleasing. The ballroom, in particular, surpasses the standard found in many hotel ballrooms. Overall, I highly recommend The Landmark for events based on my positive vendor experience.”

“Ellen, Everything was absolutely amazing for our daughters Equestrian-themed Bat Mitzvah celebration!!!!!! We have family in town still so I haven't had a moment to sit to fully reflect, but I am still on cloud 9 and thrilled with how everything turned out. You and Kelly were invaluable to me. I am really so grateful for your experience and helpfulness, and Kelly's amazing organizational and decorating skills and trying to stay two steps ahead of everyone so there wasn't anyone unhappy. There were some last minute changes from guests (as to be expected) but we rolled with it and everything turned out just fine. Kelly really went above and beyond and I couldn't have had the room look any better without her skill set. She was there to be helpful to me at every turn. She is such an asset to you and the PVCC. There isn't anything I would change (other than maybe it was a little colder outside for bull riding than I expected) but who cares. Everyone had such a good time. The dancing, the food, the room, the staff, everything was just so lovely and wonderful. I didn't hear anyone complaining or unhappy so that makes me thrilled that they were having a fun time. Jason was absolutely everything you both said he would be. He got everyone up on their feet and moving and he had an incredible amount of energy the entire evening. He is such a star! He truly made the evening wonderful. I will forever keep the memory of the night in my heart for the rest of my life. My daughter felt so special and loved by her family and friends that it was worth everything we did to make the day special for her. Thank you again, the club, the staff, Jason, Kelly, all the vendors...I am so appreciative for you and all you did for my family.”
