Ordered shoes online for pickup on a Sunday. Didn't want to deal with swarms of people. Waited 30 mins and went to the front. No I didn't get a notification saying my shoes were ready for pickup. Girl at the front asked how she could help. I told I had an order. She walked to the back didn't find anything and said that usually orders will text me when to come in. I said okay walked out wondering why she couldn't just grab the shoes from the back since she had already walk back there once. I got a text 10 mins later as I was getting onto the freeway that they were ready. This was Sunday. It's Friday. I don't feel like going back.

It's been years since I came to tillys but my son needed an outfit for a party the next day so we came here. The girls there were great they helped us find a complete outfit for my son. Gave us suggestions which I don't think I needed because I told my son I have great style. But I don't remember how expensive clothes is came out spending over $300 but I guess it was worth it.

I don’t go into stores too often these days but I went in this afternoon for a specific item. The associate at the counter was calling another store for a customer and Taylor approached me and asked if I needed help. She was very nice and found the backpack I was looking for. Very pleasant store shopping experience. I will return.

Cashiers will have a long conversation with the customers while there's a big line. Takes them like 7 minutes to check out each customer :/

Horrible experience. Very Rude Manager. Went in today Tuesday March 22nd 2022, at 4:44. We asked for help and the women seemed to be a manger as when we were walking in she was yelling across the store to employees telling them what to do. Then we asked for help at the fitting room, she takes the clothes from us and says "Guess we don't know our size", "oh there getting wrinkles". Then as she was shutting the door she rolled her eyes at us. What a "great" manger yelling in the store, being rude to customers. They always have hiring signs up, which makes sense now. I've heard there management is bad, as well as the employeess and wow im shocked. I use to go there often and now i will not be going. She was a middle aged women with black hair wearing heavy makeup, jewerly and a stripped shirt. She was a caucasian 5'6ft women. Horrible manger, horrible place. If you go there don't bother to ask for help as this is the treatment you get from a manger at tillys in Porter Ranch.

I bought a set of swimming suit for my daughter on September 25. The cashier asked if I have a phone number with them. I told her that I rarely shop at Tillys. She just rang the items without saying anything else. When I got home, the top was small for my daughter. I came back to return. I was told that it was final sale! I wish the cashier should let me know when I paid for it.The number of the cashier on the receipt is 120952.

I live coming to this location!! All the workers are really polite,nice and helpful!!! I was liking for a specific hoodie and one if the workers I think her name was alondra ? She was wearing a beret. She helped me find the exact one I was looking for without hesitation!! Thank you !

So I came by to this location literally 5 mins before closing and Charlize ,Simon and Vinny helped me out with every annoying question I had and didn't rush me or anything. I definitely don't recommend coming in right before they close let alone any store but they were so sweet and helpful. Not only did they assist me getting the things I wanted but made the transaction and easy go. They were all kind and had great attitudes. I know if I were in their shoes I wouldn't of been so nice or calm because I would want to go home but these 3 are all manager quality material. Come check out how neat , organized, and clean this store is. You will be blown out the water compared to the other Tillys around town. Thanks again you guys for helping me get the things I wanted!

I took my daughter shopping the other day for shoes and I was impressed by how sweet the staff was. Charlize, Matt and Ellie were amazing. So professional and sweet. They made my daughter feel special. You don't get that at most places you shop anymore. We left there feeling so happy and good. It's people like that who make the world go round. And we are going back today because we forgot something so my daughter is very excited to see the staff again. Cant say enough for this place. The clothes are cute but it's the staff that made it fun!

I took my son today to buy clothes for the weekend getaway. As soon as we walked in, we noticed the store was clean and organized. Staff didn't welcome us, but did other people. There was only one male staff who organized clothes that told us if we need help he' ll be around and to let him know. As soon as we were ready to pay, the male cashier took his time to clean the counter then called us to ring our items. While scanning, he told us to move in front of the glass, but the guy who was before us didn't even stand in front of the glass. Worse of all, he wasn't even wearing his mask properly. It was half way down his nose! When i handed my cash, he didn't want to take it so he said to put it down, because he claims he didn't want to touch my hand! OMG!!! I understand , but he had to give me change anyway and had to put it on my hand so what was the difference!??? I had a hard day at work and I was a bit grumpy. I didn't want to make a scene in front of my kid, but I really didn't like the way he treated us. It felt like he was being racist. I am asian, and I've never been treated like that as a customer. Guess we won't be coming back to this location!

The staff here was very helpful. They greeted me and also helped me find my size in the pair of jeans that I wanted. Savannah and Simon both helped me out. I will be back.
