I was very happy to find out that a UPS store was going to open up in my neighborhood, because I use their services quite a bit. I’ve been able to go rather quickly to handle my shipping items. The people that work there is very helpful, nice, and friendly. I appreciate their willingness to help.

Sucks ass don't use them they didn't even knock on my door I stayed home and sat in the living room from 9:00am to 3:15pm and they left a missed delivery note on my door so they didn't even knock then they sent my package to a pawnshop not to mention they didn't even ask if I was ok with that then tried to charge me 20 dollars for a redelivery and I can't go pick it up until 2pm tomorrow I am so upset because I have to attend my online class by today or I'll be dropped which I informed ups ultimately they are going to reschedule for tomorrow to be redelived but I will not be using them again

Reposting my review from Yelp:This is by far the best UPS store I’ve ever been to. I was having the worst most stressful day and my experience with Sophie who works at this location truly was a blessing. I showed up 5 min before they were closing on Easter weekend and Sophie greeted me with a warm smile and helped me with everything I needed to ship— I had to get these packages out before the end of day and this was the only UPS store that was open till 6pm. I hate being that person that shows up right before a store is closing but having a sibling with a disability my life is typically filled with unexpected delays/challenges and today was one of those days. Sophie’s calm and welcoming demeanor couldn’t have been needed. Her attitude felt genuine too, not the corporate niceness that feels forced— this was more like a human kindness that I feel we rarely see nowadays. She saw the kind of day I was having and wanted help. It was such a small gesture but it meant so much. Because I was able to get those packages out when I did, I’ll now be able to help my sibling with something that I wouldn’t have been able to otherwise. I’m so grateful. Getting a little emotional now just thinking about it. Thank you Sophie for your willingness to help and being the person you are! You’ll likely never know the ripple effect of your actions but it has had quite the impact on me and my family’s life. This is the kind of customer experience that will keep me a loyal UPS customer.

I was glad to find out a UPS Store opened in Panorama City and I've been a customer since their Grand Opening. The young lady in the store (Sofie) is always helpful and pleasant however, I had the most unpleasant experience with the male worker who was extremely rude and condescending. It appeared as if he got irritated that I had 10 items to return to Amazon where all he had to do was scan the return code and place a label on the outside packaging. On the last item I realized I got something mixed up and when I asked if he could check a few of the items already packaged he lost it. He started throwing packages and snatching up bags, tossed my phone off the counter and refused to continue to help me. Sofie apologized for his behavior stating he was in a bad mood and begged me to come back as a customer for which I refuse. I'd rather drive 5 miles to the next UPS Store than to receive the unpleasant service from that very intimidating and scary man. I don't want to ever see him again. It was the worst service ever and even though I'm always at that shopping center supporting other businesses I will never step foot in that UPS Store again.

Looks like a mom and pop run branch but pop is super condescending and rude. Go to the one on Sepulveda, you'll get a better experience.

I went to this location to return a package , I didn't have a printed label which in my regular location they only charge 75 cents to print. The lady said it was $2 to print. I said why would they charge 2 when it's always either free or 75 cents? Another male employee jumped into the conversation and said ,why do you come here ? Here we charge 2 dollars .I felt the disrespect immediately , so I responded the same way he talked to me and I walked out with my package. Those people are literally making profit out of the community charging 2 dollars per label. It's not about the money it's the principal and the way you talk to people . I'm never returning to this location EVER!

Extremely rude and confrontational. Not professional. Belittled me. Offered no actual customer service
