I made an appointment ahead of time and still waited 40 minutes for help. There were 11 people waiting and only 2 people working!Clearly they don't care about the customer experience.

I waited no more than 90 seconds to trade a cable box and remote at the Rinaldi location, and was in and out in under 7 minutes!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SPECTRUM LOCATION IF YOU WANT ANY SORT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also, the worst experience I had was with rep "Daniel" who gave me a hard time and lied to me about charging me for boxes that are free for a year - there are no supervisors at this store - I have been to this location twice and both times I have had horrible experiences - from Spectrum losing the boxes I returned and trying to charge me and two months of phone calls to get refunded to just trying to pick up two new Xumo boxes and being told I'm going yo be charged for 4 boxes because the FedEx delivery Spectrum promised never showed up and could not be tracked. I don't do many Yelp reviews at all but felt compelled to let people know that all you will get at this location is a nightmare - so yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I went to buy a new phone. They don't carry phones in stock. They can't call other stores nor can the customer call other store directly as stores don't have phone access. No manager in store on Sundays. Where has customer service gone???????

Lisa was so rude and incompetent, she had no clue what she was doing, couldn’t even pull up my account! do not come to this store, you’re better off calling and waiting for 90 minutes.

The absolute worst cable provider there is. The company is horrible! The customer service is horrible. Routine outages and delays. If I could give zero stars I would. No cable provider should have a monopoly like this company. Where is the FCC ???

Employees are friendly but parking was hard to find on Thursday night. They cannot cancel your account in store despite claiming to do so. Have waste 25 minutes of your life with a phone agent. They then charge you a full month even if you cancel 4 days after a bill cycle.

Had an appointment, to just return the cable equipment, even though I called and cancelled the services for 2 days earlier, they had problems, then tried to sell me a cell phone plan, walked out 40 minutes later, and being charged $45 bucks more, because it was a Bundle special. They SUCK. Unfortunately they are the only one in town that has internet service.

We swapped to Spectrum mobile. It was an easy enough process, but the girl was not helpful on the phone transfer portion. Advice do it yourself via smart switch at home it was way faster.

We have almost outage every week. So bad especially now that theres a possible hurricane? I would not recommend you getting their service. So unreliable. Sadly We have both cable tv and internet . Please thinkTwice

A waste of time.For most of my time there (about 45 minutes) only one employee wasavailable to help a line of 7 customers and more.When I was finally served, no assistant was offered for billing and promotions, because I did not purchase my phone from this store. I had the strange idea that this was a branch which represented Spectrum and not an independent company.I have 2 cellphones from Spectrum and I wanted to transfer my old phone data and number to my new Spectrum cellphone.They can't do that, either.This appears to be a limited service facility and I will go there again.

If I could give Spectrum 0 stars, I would. They give you the run around, you'll be waiting for answers you never get, and nobody not even upper management knows what they’re talking about. Everyone's response is "idk call this number" "oh you need this code to get what you need" (yet nobody told me or gives me the code I need), "it'll be ready in 48 hours" (48 hours go by and nothing, no update and no working phone). Changing to a carrier that actually gives quality customer service and knows what they’re doing.PLACE IS A SCAM AND A JOKE.
