Lose our internet for over half a day. Or it drops all the time. Now it's running slower than mud and I have to use my 5g instead of wifi on my phone.
My work from home mesh router is slow and it's affecting my work. Spectrum sucks

Worst customer service. Customers are waiting around while the employees are just chit chatting. If the employees are on break, they should leave the area. It just frustrates customers to see employees not doing anything while we wait around.
When my name was finally called, I told the guy that I was there to pick up equipment. When I gave him my information, he told me they couldn't give any equipment bc the home in question was in another county. I commented that I didn't understand how that would matter. The rep told me,' You don't understand, but I do,' and he started laughing. When I told him to explain it to me, he purposely over complicated the explanation. He later called someone else to help. When the other guy came, he started typing on the computer as if he was helping but was looking somewhere else. He then just walked away. I left without any equipment. I later called customer service, who informed me that what they said was a lie. I'll just go to another store or just not do any business w spectrum.

The last two visits of mine at this Spectrum Porter Ranch location had been the most pleasant ever. Grateful to Adiel Huerto for going over and beyond when we purchased/upgraded our two iPhones. His after sales service was exceptional as well. He made the process of transferring my files seamless. I know this is easy for most people but I am not that confident in doing it myself. His patience and professionalism is very much appreciated. He followed through on my other concerns. So next time you’ll visit this Spectrum location, make sure Adiel will be the one to help you. Spectrum has one rare gem in Adiel. Please take good care of him.

I returned an old tv receiver I wasn’t even using and when I got home my WIFI was disconnected. Called Spectrum to resolve issue and even they confirmed the service rep at this location screwed up. C’mon guys. Not very friendly either

Poor customer service! I came into the store because my old iPhone got water damage so I needed a new phone. Long story kinda short lol Robert told me he couldn’t assist me because I only had mobile service and no longer had the internet. He advised me to call customer service.
Luckily I stayed in the area once I talked to the customer service rep which by the way was so helpful 10/10 he told me that me not having internet should not interfere with upgrading my phone to the IPhone 15. He even went above and beyond and said he would put a note so that the store can see it. So I drive back to the store and tell Robert what the rep said and he said okay well I’ll see if something has changed from 2 years ago ? Lmfaooo so your telling me the last time you checked if someone can update their mobile device that has no internet service was 2 years ago ???? So we get to the end blah blah he hands me my phone doesn’t assist with barely anything to get it set up besides the bare minimum.
I asked him for my receipt he said “owe it’s emailed to you” hours later I’m finally able to get in my email and no receipt of course . Y’all got to do better the store must not offer any commission anymore cause honestly the man could care less about trying to earn more money for the company! Regardless of what the case may be it’s your job to help the customer have a great experience. If I would have never went back to the store I could have been without a phone that stops me from making money at my full time job!!!!!!!! 0/10 I would NEVER recommend this location or representative!!!
And you can keep your weak a*** response to my review I can tell you the Owner don’t care by your response to others, you just say anything because you know ppl this day in age read reviews !!! SAVE IT !!! I’m calling to report to Corporate also :) have a great day !

Horrible service at this location from staff member Wellington. He had an attitude from the start and was not being helpful or friendly in anyway. He didn’t properly explain anything and then flagged my account so that I couldn’t use the device when I got home. Looking to move to the competitor service Spectrum should never be allowed to treat there customers this way. Trash company. Especially this location.

This company is lower than the bottom of the barrel they are deep below ground with the worms. A simple function, turn off our current home and turn on our new house, was an impossible task. 22 phone calls and hours spent, trying to get it to happen. String of confirmations followed by a string of cancellations. There is no word to describe their importance! Additionally, routine outages in the area. How they can continue to function is a mystery!

Bad customer service. Bad service for cell service. It's a great big fat no, don't go there! They shattered my iPhone and Spectrum refused to fix or replace it.

I have been a Spectrum Internet customer for over six months, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, I faced issues with my internet speed. Despite having my own router, I constantly experienced slow and unreliable connections.
When I reached out to Spectrum’s customer service, their solution was simply to blame my equipment. Repeatedly, I was told that the problem was due to my personal router and that I should purchase theirs. After five phone calls and five chat sessions over six months, they finally acknowledged that the issue was on their end.
Despite their initial mistake and the significant inconvenience caused, Spectrum did nothing to compensate for their error. Instead of offering a credit or a discount for the six months of poor service, they are now charging me $30 more per month than my landlord, who lives at the same address and has the same internet speed service. This discrepancy is both unfair and unacceptable.
The lack of accountability and customer care from Spectrum is disappointing. Their customer service is ineffective, and their billing practices are unjust. I would not recommend Spectrum Internet to anyone looking for reliable service and fair treatment.
